I got the contact for this company through Angie's List. I gave them a call and have used them three times now and will be calling them again this next week. From the first to the last call they arrived on time, had super nice people answering the phones. They even arrived a few mins early (find many people that do that anymore), the work was done quickly and exactly as needed. We don't feel like we need to watch over them. We let them in to work on

Jess was the plumber and did an outstanding job on all counts. He was professional, explained everything carefully both before and after, and did the work quickly and efficiently. Jess is an excellent representative of Pro-Tec Plumbing and I would definitely use this company again. Thanks for a job well done.

The service man was timely, knowledgeable and neat. He replaced the fluidmaster and service line. He was extremely efficient and provided the service quickly. (He was here for just 15 minutes) We have no fault with the price of replacement parts but a service charge of 90 dollars/hour for a 15 minute job seemed over the top. I will search for others who have a fee by the 1/2 hour or one who charges less per hour.

They were the plumbers in this house when we bought it and we stayed with them. Their service was pretty good.

Our plumber was prompt, cheerful, confident and competent. He worked quickly and neatly. This happened in the period of a family death, and what could have been a negative became a positive experience. Thank you for the service.

The young man came within four hours of my call to fix my disgusting problem. He was friendly and efficient. This is the second time I have reviewed these folks. I will use them every time I need a plumber.

Called first thing in the morning on Good Friday. Someone professionally answered, said they were really booked but could do job between 4 and 5 pm. Called at 3:30 telling me the rep was on his way. Came as promised diagnosed problem and fixed promptly. Very Professional

This was the second time using them recently, the first time was to rebuild two toilets and that's when I found out the main plastic water shut-off didn't work and the third toilet couldn't be serviced. Mark was great. I decided since he had to come back to replace that valve with a real shut-off in order to take care of the third toilet, I would go ahead and replace my almost 11 year old hot water tank before it let go and made a potential mess in my home and the one below. Mark came back along with a younger man who was extremely polite, friendly and as hard working as Mark. They had to wait almost an hour for my usually reliable maintenance man to show up and shut the water off to my building although he knew about it in advance and a sign was posted on my building. Apparently he had left the property to attend to something just about the time Pro Tec showed up. Why he would do that is beyond me. Anyways, once the water was shut off, the guys attended to all the issues in a timely and efficient manner. I knew pretty much what the costs would be since Mark gave me an estimate before leaving on the first occasion. The office is very polite and professional and calls you the day before service to narrow down the time frame for their arrival. Hopefully, I won't need a plumber anytime soon but if I do, they'll be the ones to call for sure. I've already referred them to a couple of neighbors.

They came the same day I called when they heard I was damaging my neighbor's apt and diagnosed the problem immediately. We made an appointment and they returned and repaired the problem. Both my neighbor and I were very pleased with how quickly they resolved the problem. I will definitely use them again and so will my neighbor.

The worker was on time and called before coming. It took 2 hours to do the job. The price was reasonable. They came the day after we called to put in the new water heater. His work area was cleaned up when he finished.

They were courteous on the phone when I made the appointment. They called to tell me they were on their way and showed up right on schedule. They were kind and professional in the home and finished the job in 10 minutes. I was very impressed. The only reservation I have is that they charged me $164.00 to clean two drains and replace one life and turn. I will be sure to get an estimate before I make an appointment in the future.

The installer showed up as scheduled and, unfortunately, had the wrong sized water heater. After removing the old one, he went back to his office, picked up the correct sized heater, came back and installed it as promised. ProTec saved me several days of cold showers!! After installation, ProTec was very responsive in helping me with warranty registration isues I was having with the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend ProTec.

The plumber who showed up was great! Jess was very friendly & knowledgeable My husband was very interested to see how the work would be done so watched from beginning to end, Jess didn't mind at all. We had called other plumbers, this company was quick to answer our call & came when they said they would. They will get any future business!

Came right when we scheduled - right on time. Job was done very quickly.

Initial phone call was received warmly and professionally. I was given a 1 hour window of arrival (not 3-5 hours like other places). Chris called when he was on his way. He was actually early! Since when is a plumber early? :-) He installed new faucet and explained it to us. He replaced the hose. He checked both thoroughly to be sure they were working properly. He cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Pro Tec and I will use them every time I need a plumber. We haven't received service like this in a long time.

Great company. Quick response. Very reasonably priced. Creative solution to solve the problem after another plumbing company said 'nothing more could be done' even though the problem was not solved. Very professional in appearance and workmanship. Highly recommended.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME! Broke down prices of all parts being bought. Sent links to see parts online. Prompt, professional, and quick. Worth every penny spent. Will be using them for other properties and projects.

It's so nice to see a company that doesn't try to gouge its customers. Not only do they do top notch work, they're honest, reliable and prompt.

We called Pro Tec the morning before Thanksgiving and spoke to Brendon, who recommended a new disposer that met the specs we required , and said he would try to fit us in before the end of the day, so we would not be without the disposer over the holiday.. True to his word , we got a call to say that the tech would be with us between 4.30 and 5.00 and he was here at 4.32. Rick was extremely polite and professional and got the job done in under an hour, leaving zero mess .no rush on the last job of the day , and every aspect checked thoroughly before he was satisfied with the work. Price as quoted , and a quieter and better unit than the one that failed . We would not hesitate to use Pro Tec again , or recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Was done exactly as represented. Added us to days schedule and came right at 4:00. Price was just what was quoted and was much less than some competitors for same make and model. Will use this Company again for plumbing needs

I started by emailing them and they would email back with a potential date for the service but the turnaround time was so short that I didn't see it before it was too late. I finally called and got my service call scheduled. The technician was prompt, actually early, and he was friendly and helpful. He performed the repairs including making a trip for parts in 1 1/2 hours. I was happy to have a 10% off coupon from Angie's List.

The entire process, from the first email to the final install was smooth as can be. They came out, gave us several different options and a quote for each. After our selection was made, the appointment scheduled for a few days later. They were on time and performed a quality job. I also want to note how fast they were to respond when messaged though Angie's List or via email and have very reasonable rates.
