Description of Work: Ryan did an amazing job. I moved into new villa and have low water pressure in bathrooms. He tested and said it was at it's peak. He then did several other small tasks around my home that I had not asked him about. He fixed things that had been installed slightly wrong.

Description of Work: Great experience, we did not have hot water when arrived to our house. Sent email late and had a response at 7:30 the next morning and a call to arrange a service call by 10:00 that day. Great employees who did work and we arranged to have them do a service contract for annual inspection and preferred pricing for work in the future.

Description of Work: They fixed the plumbing under the sink. They estimated the cost to be 150.00, and when all was said and done, the price was 110.00. That does not usually happen, what a pleasant surprise.

Description of Work: While spending a week at our vacation home, the kitchen InSinkerator garbage disposal began to leak straight down into the cabinet. It was a Thursday night and we were leaving on the weekend. I called Pro-Tec first thing Friday morning and Lindsay assured us she could have someone over that afternoon. The team called to tell us they could actually be there earlier than scheduled, which was great. Two men arrived and declared the InSinkerator officially dead. They replaced it with a brand new version of the same product. It did not take them very long, they insured everything was working perfectly (including the connection to the dishwasher), and cleaned up the area. This is the second time we used Pro-Tec (they replaced our water heater last year) and they are always excellent to work with - professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them.
