Description of Work: April 3, 2013 The toilet in our MBR was not working properly so we decided it was time to replace it and selected Pro-Tec Plumbing of Naples, Florida. An email sent was returned promptly by Brandon who was very helpful in the selection of the make and model. His price quote was acceptable and he assured me the new toilet would be installed the following day. The installer called in advance the next morning and arrived exactly as scheduled with all the tools necessary. Even a water vac to pick up any excess water spills. He also covered his shoes so as not to soil our new off white carpeting.. The new toilet was installed and tested and the old one was taken away after the area was cleaned. Description of Work: I hired Pro-Tec to update some old plumbing on a house i planned to rent or sell. Rich responded in a timely manner and came out to meet with me. The house has grey pipe and Rich checked it all out and ended up saving me a lot of money by just updating all shut offs and drains. He also installed a tub and a water heater for me in that home. I am very pleased and the workmanship was excellent! His employees responded when they were suppose to and did not need anything from me, ( in fact I was never there when they did the work) I just showed up after work and the job was done! 100% professional and quality work, fair price. I will recommend Pro-Tec.

Description of Work: Called late Saturday with a broken hose bib. Couldn't get anyone out right away, so I did a quick plug job and was okay until Monday morning. The guys showed up early and fixed my broken hose bib and replaced my other, old hose bib and were done in about an hour.
