Description of Work: On 7/18/2011, we were using our laptop via a wireless connection and all of a sudden the wireless went away. We tried to reconnect to the wireless connection but with no luck. The wireless radio was turned off and we were unable to turn it back on. So we attempted to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable - again no luck. The next day, I looked thru Angie's List and found North Naples Computer repair and service. The first call was very pleasant and accomodating. Mr. D'Antuono was available to take a look at the computer the same day we contacted him. My husband took the computer to Mr. D'Antuono and within 3 hours it was repaired. At the same time, he cleaned up some files and updated software that was outdated on the machine. It was a great experience and I would recommend North Naples Computers to everyone!

Description of Work: He was able to bring back the dead...o.k. at least he was able to fix my constant booting problem. This is a 2 year old Gateway with it's second new (replaced) hard drive. William understood the problem and quickly repaired it. One month later it got a virus (from a gaming website) and again, he was able to cure it and bring it back to life. I hate technology and rely on experts in their field. North Naples Computers is now "my computer guy". P.S. Best Buy and Staples computer people were unable to fix this problem (after charging more than this for their service.)
