Description of Work: Remodel an existing pool with all new equipment, tile concrete and add sun deck along with modified steps and a new bench seat in the deep end. Jeff Guite was the designer/sales rep and he had good advice. We had built a new pool at another home 4 years previous and Nassau did a fantastic job. This time we got 2 other competitive bids and we chose to use Suncoast Custom Pools due to their pricing and referrals. Jeff was great to work with and he tried to make adjustments to his proposal after I confided with him about the Suncoast proposal. Nassau is a company you can trust. And in hindsight, I wish we would have used them this time. The price variance may have been worth it after the experience we had with Josh at Suncoast... Decent quality but a very arrogant attitude from him. Jeff would have been a pleasure to work with, I'm certain.

Some little things were irritating, but there will always be little things that hold everything up a bit. It went smoothly and anytime there was a problem, they were quick to remedy it in most cases.
Description of Work: We had a new swimming pool, paver deck and enclosed by screen cage installed. Nassau subcontracted out everything except the pool, but everything went well and they managed all the subcontractors. This is a salt water pool with solar heat. Also included in the price above was moving trees and re-landscaping.

+ 0 moreThis was the fourth estimate we got for our pool renovation. It was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but we were sold when Jeff Guite came to our home to give us the estimate. He knew our pool construction, built in 1973, and all the ins and outs of the perma poxy coating, which had begun to disintegrate and cause us problems. He gave us a fair and accurate estimate which was not exceeded when the work was done, and oversaw the work from start to finish. The various crews that worked on the pool arrived when they said they would and did the job we expected them to do. The work was finished per our schedule and far beyond our expectation. We now have a beautiful pool and paved deck. Worth every penny we spent. We did decide to replace our existing filter with a Jandy salt water converter for an additional $1500. We got two additional estimates for the unit and were told that they could not beat the price as Nassau installed the unit at cost because we did the total renovation with them. It has performed every bit as well as I anticipated.
Description of Work: Complete pool and deck renovation that included removing perma poxy from the old pool interior, remove and replace old skimmer, new drain deck drain system, install pavers around pool, add a four foot bench to deep end of pool, and pour an additional 8'x12' deck and add pavers.

I think that the are one of the best around trustworthy good to work with and they stick to the project until your are completely satisfied.
