We are absolutely shocked to learn that you feel the quality and price were substandard to your expectations. Martin's Cooling & Heating, Inc. had provided an emergency service call for your property in Bonita Springs, where we regularly service, brought the air conditioning system back up to operation, and made a recommendation that the system was in need of maintenance/cleaning. We then had followed up with you via telephone, hopefully you remember, as we do that coincidently we are from the same location up north, and we chatted about that briefly. Also, during the phone conversation you requested that we provide maintenance agreements for all of the air conditioning systems at your home, which we did. Neither during the time of the service, nor during the follow-up phone conversation with Natalie did you mention being unsatisfied. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you, and hopefully bring this situation to a positive resolve.
