We needed the ductwork installed in our condo for a range hood. I called several companies but no one wanted to do the work until I got in touch with Wicked Cool. Andy, the owner, came out the same day I called. He explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. He submitted all the appropriate paperwork to our condo association and had the job completed one week from the initial call. While his men were working at our condo we had a few questions. Andy picked up the phone and answered our questions. Then he came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I also decided to have them service our A/C unit. I recommend Wicked Cool for all your HVAC needs.

They were thorough and they didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary.

#2 technicians were very personal and professional. They did the installation without any problem which means to me they were well trained. They performed the job in the time they told me it would take.

Great. They came out same day to give me an estimate and scheduled a visit to repair within my tight schedule. They were very friendly and professional. I had recently bought the house and didn't even think to check a warranty since I didn't buy the heat pump. They checked the warranty to find out if it was still active. It was but this part wasn't covered. Price was reasonable. Service was quick, friendly and professional.

They've been very good to me. I think I might have had some issues at one point but they were "johnny on the spot" and came right to take care of it. They respond to any issues I have.

I would advised others to use them because I have been using them for about five years. They left the area very clean, the technicians are very polite.

They responded and did what they said they were going to do. The work has been reliable. I haven't had any problems. I got a couple of other prices at the time and they were a few hundred cheaper. They were also the best value I would say. They were there when they said they would be there.

They are okay. The technician did a really thorough job. I guess water and debris gets inside that unit and it has the potential to go in to the home if it is not maintained. He spent quite a bit of time on it and did a thorough job of cleaning it out properly. That was huge. It is kind of what I expect though. He was really good. I really appreciated him, and I know the owner. So, they are pretty good. Their rates are kind of expensive for me, but I don't really know, I am not in the business. Maybe their rates are right in line. I don't know. I always get confused because when they sell you the maintenance, they say it's x amount of dollars and I am thinking that I am going to get 3 times, but it is really inclusive of the day that they are there. You only get 2 more times for like 200 bucks. It is what it is. You got to maintain your A/C. This homeowner stuff is no fun. They were good. They do a good job. The price was free because it was included in that maintenance, so it is pretty good. I don't know what the rates should be. You could say average. Average is what it would be, whatever average is. They did a good job. He did a really good job. They always respond when I call. He was on time. There was a couple of appointments that needed to be rescheduled. I have been using them for a long time. They are a local company. They have been around for a long time, so you can rely on them. That is the good thing about them. I know them through people in town, kind of like friends and my husband and everyone. They do a great job. It's not like I see the owner or anything. The people I deal with are the employees, so it's not like really know anybody. Lets put it this way, I don't get any special treatment.

We know them well, and they are wonderful. We've had them probably for 6-8 years through two homes I will absolutely use them again.

Martin's Cooling and Heating scheduled someone for same-day service! They were on time and in and out quickly. We received a coupon for a free service call on the Angie's List website. So total cost for replacing a fan was $130.

The work was scheduled quickly. The technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the HVAC unit.

I had called back the technician who had done service on my AC unit and expressed to him that there were some issues that had been occurring since he serviced in direct relation to the service that was performed and I had no follow up. The price seemed reasonable.

My Pool heater and pump went out on us. I called just to see if they did this kind of work since they take care of my AC. They came right out diagnosed the problems and took care of the issue. I needed a new pump and they were able to fix the heater for now. It is old and shall have to eventually be replaced. They left it up to me, no pressure and said that if it went out before 90 days was up they would apply a portion to a new heater, which i totally didn't expect and thought was a great deal. Most excellent service!! and pricing was very fair. Definitely go to Martins Cooling for all AC needs and they take care of pool pumps and heaters too!!

Got home at 5 pm on Friday, realized the AC was not functioning. Made the call and by 6pm we had a service guy. He was polite , professional and knowledgeable. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I am super impressed all the way around!! Great service at a fair price! I would definitely use them again and sign up for the yearly plan.

It was good. I've used them for 6 years. I used to use them for my maintenance and then I did a new construction and their bid was just way too high because I think they were on a new management or something, but back then they were good. They were prompt. They seem fair.

We had good results to them for a number of years. They showed up when they supposed to and they do what they said they'd do. We ended up replacing our ac unit a few years ago because their price was a good price. The guys are good, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I never had any complaints with them.

There was a discount through STL because of the unit that we got which was an attractive feature. They have best price at that point in time. They're pretty competitive.

This was the first time I've ever dealt with them. They did a nice job but they were overpriced.
