Fine. They are very dependable. Martin cooling responds when you have a problem with AC.

If they say they are going to be here at nine they will be here are nine. You call and tell them when you would like them to come and it will work out just fine. They are absolutely perfect.

The repairman was courteous and accommodating. He added extra coolant at no charge. Work was done very efficiently and with good advice as to when unit might need to be replaced.

Got the unit to work but only temporarily. I had to call in another service to fix it. Martin also required a service plan that brought them out twice per year at a cost of 97.00 per trip. I have found others in the area that will perform the same service for $29.00 (annual service). Martin's charged three times what others did for the same service. I had to follow the guy around and had to ask him to perform services they advertised and didn't perform, like washing/checking the coils. They were far better years ago, I don't know what happened. My father, who recommended them, also discovered their lack of service the last time they checked his AC system.
