Mara's Maids

I have used Mara's Maids several times and plan to continue to do so. The cleaning, itself, is very good, but somewhat shy of excellent (like I know excellent). The 2-person crew works very hard and quickly. They did a fabulous job on my hopelessly dirty lanai last time (July 2017). Definitely recommended.

It was great. They were great. Yes, I plan to. There were two workers for three hours, equivalent to six hours. It was excellent. They did an excellent job vacuuming and dusting.

Mara communicated with me by text and phone. Her cleaners did a very good job. When we arrived, the house was clean and did not smell of disinfectant or air freshener, which was great.

Girls arrived a little early, but started at the other end of the house. When I was ready, I went into the den which they had already cleaned, in order to do paper work. When they had finished cleaning, they told me they had completed the job and were leaving. The girls always do a good job. If I ever want additional cleaning, other than has been agreed upon, they are always willing to do it.

The service is always great. The girls are on time and fairly quick. I don't have a large condo but they do a great job cleaning and I love the freshly cleaned smell when they leave!

I was very happy with the results! All was done including sheets washed and folded. Dishes put away and the house smelled clean!

Very responsive to any requests for typical or unusual cleaning. Even out of state, it is very easy to communicate and trust the staff to get the requested job done.

Mara and crew have been cleaning my mom's apartment for over 2 years and they are always on time and do a great job. My mom is super picky and in fact, had gone through two other housekeepers before Mara's. They never bat an eye over my mom's extra requests. Mara always responds to my texts right away and is flexible and helpful whenever I've had to change days. I am so happy and grateful for her service.

I wasn't very happy with their service. The first time, she sent out really good cleaners. This time she sent over a different team and they were on their cellphones the whole time. Actually, they dropped something and they made a little dent on my wood floor. They could have not talked on their cellphones. They could have told me when they made the dent on the wood floor. They could have been more responsive to what I asked. They weren't English speaking really, so it was hard to communicate with them. Mara, the owner is wonderful, but this crew was not. She has different numbers of crews and this particular one was not very good. I would tell a friend that she is okay, but I wouldn't bet my bottom dollar on it. The first time they did an excellent job, but this time they really did not do a good job at all, with a different bunch of people.

We had to pay more money, they didn't get the work done in the amount that we had paid for. They came out over two weeks after we purchased the big deal. They showed up on time.

Mara & her mom had to be a bit late but they called first to let us know. They worked quickly and were responsive to our specific needs.
