As a large household Mara's Maids doesn't disappoint. This company is receptive for feedback or adding additional services with advance notification (changing sheets, doing laundry, etc.). It is a breath of fresh air coming home to a spotless house after her team comes to my house. I highly recommend this professional company.

Answered to all requests and completed a thorough and timely job!

Simply put, the owner of this company needs professional training in customer service. I never leave a poor reviews because I do not like to affect someone’s livelihood, but Mara canceled on me last minute and which negatively affected me. She quoted me an incorrect price and I corrected her politely via text and her response was “do you want us to come or not?” without confirming the correct price. Then she proceeded to cancel and block me after I said that the professional reply would be to confirm the price. This scenario is actually laughable in retrospect.

Mara and her team did an amazing job on my personal home. Such a good job that I now use her on all of my post-construction project cleanings at work as well. I know every time that Mara Maids will have my construction projects completely spotless and perfectly clean in order for me to hand back the house key to my clients and their brand new remodels! Thanks Mara!

I walked in to my new home with my own cleaning supplies planning to clean but one look around and my jaw dropped. The previous owners left it a disgusting mess; looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! One call to Mara’s Maids and she had someone out SAME DAY and on a Sunday! After the clean when I went back, it looked like a brand new house! I thought I’d have to replace the fridge but they got it cleaned up better than I could have imagined. No detail was missed and the smell was gone. So grateful!

Mara’s crew is consistently excellent - an important factor since often cleaning crew members change. They are prompt and efficient. I’d highly recommend Mara and her team for housekeeping.

Amazing service! Mara and team are true professionals and kept my AirBnB at a 5 star rating for over two years. She has a process and holds her team to very high standards. They can do turnovers in just a few hours and are flexible on scheduling. They do laundry, windows, and even fill up and put out the gift basket. So impressed!! I can’t describe how amazing it was to come home to a clean house. Bed made and windows shining. Floors scrubbed and dog toys rediscovered! It was the best gift-to- self a working person could pay for. Super easy to schedule, too. Definitely hooked.
