They do a fantastic job.

It was an adequate cleaning, not as thorough for what it cost. It used to be a lot better. Now it's ok but I always find shortcuts. When I ask for a recleaning, they always say they'll send out a supervisor... next month. And it never happens. It's at the upper end of the price scale, so for what it costs it should be a whole lot better.

They have a check list of 49 things that they do every time that they are here. When they are cleaning around things, they put everything back where they belong. They are very dependable.

They provide very good house cleaning service. I have been very satisfied with their services. My overall experience with them has been good.

I didn't use them. The estimate was free. They were actually really really good. They were really professional. Everything was very detailed, but it was too expensive. They were very expensive. I didn't hire any other cleaning service so I would still consider them in the future.

Overall, I think Maid Pro services are over priced for the same quality of service or less that I have received with other companies. They did not do bad work, but it was not exceptional either. The in-house staff were not all that friendly, and overall I was disappointed and discontinued use of the company. Also, I purchased a gate access pass and gave it to the company along with a key to my house so that they could access my home while I was away, working, etc. They promptly misplaced the gate access and claimed that they never received it, which I know is clearly not true. A breakdown occured somewhere, and I was disappointed that they were unable to manage a routine situation. To their credit, the in-office staff and CEO were extremely professional and willing to resolve the situation. I communicated my frustrations with the owner, and she was always very professional and willing to work with me. Although I appreciated their efforts, I did lose their trust. The owner reimbursed me for the cost of the gate access device and offered a free cleaning, but I discontinued service anyway. I think overall they are probably a good company, but they are over-priced, and I just had a bad experience.

MaidPro really dropped the ball. I set up a condo cleaning appointment for our place in Naples in order to have the place cleaned in between renters. I prepaid for the service with a Groupon coupon. They called at the last minute and cancelled my appointment. Now I have a 80 plus year old renter coming into a dirty condo with unclean bedding. After traveling from upstate New York the renter entered our condo only to find that she had to do sheets and towels before going to bed. MaidPro's answer to my problem with them is to wait till next week when they have an opening. My guess is that they were so busy on March 1st that a Groupon customer was not a high priority and blew me off. I would not recommend the company you can do better elsewhere.

They did a great job and their pricing was fair. They were professional and good about being punctual and getting back to me.

They come in and dry clean my carpets and it is dry in 3 minutes. They use something called the dry chemical for my furniture. They do an excellent job and they guarantee their work and if there is a problem, they come back and get it fixed. I have been satisfied with their service.

They are great and I?ll continue to use them.
