Stacey did an outstanding job. I am a father of quadruplets, I have 4 four year olds, and they can make a mess pretty quick. My wife and I have been working so much lately, our house got out of control. Stacey came out and worked hard and made the place look amazing. Royal Maids works along with Maid Pro. Owner is very good, cleaning women are excellent. My issue is the office manager. She is nasty. Poor customer service, argues with the customer, isn’t flexible. I stopped using them because she doesn’t treat her customers like customers. Rather, she expects you to take orders from her like you are the queen’s soldier. She makes up company policies and demands half payment with 48 hour notice. What providers do that? I have never known a doctor that makes you pay with 48 hours notice. Plus she doesn’t mail you the letter. She makes the cleaning ladies bring her dictums which embarrassed them. Who needs it? They aren’t the only game in town. I have a busy life and a lot going on. If I need to reschedule service with a week’s notice, that is my prerogative. If I cancel same day, of course I will pay. She is the worse office manager that I have ever met. Too bad because otherwise the owner is great and the cleaning ladies do a wonderful job and are reputable people.

The past 6 months in dealing with this company and their cleaners was not the best. I requested and was told I could get a specific person to clean my home, who did a great job. However, several other cleaners were sent on different occasions and their work ethics were less than desirable. The checklist they leave stating what they cleaned was not accurate. One visit the 2nd bathroom was barely cleaned; rather the sink and counter was wiped down and the trash was still in the bin. The kitchen counter wasn't cleaned all over, a spot from the morning was still visible on the counter, nothing was moved to clean behind or under small appliances, and the extra bedrooms weren't swept or mopped. I know this because I have murphy beds in the two extra rooms, no carpet, only bare wood flooring and I was able to see small particles on the floor. Other visits included much of the same thing. However, all cleaners made sure to take the 20% tip that was left each time; but did not do the job their checklist marked off saying they did. I've voiced my concerns to the company and tried to give them additional chances, being that I want to support small businesses, but when I continue to get the same results, then that means I need to try something different. My home is visibly clean and the most important things I ask is that it be dusted, mopped, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. There is only my wife and myself and we use only one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and the living room area. The other bedrooms are used for ironing, computer use and occasional use of the toilet in the 2nd bathroom. Our beds are made every morning, there's never dishes to be washed, so other than the bathrooms everything else requires surface cleaning. If they weren't able to send the person I requested, say that and let me move on, but to continue sending cleaners who are interested in doing the full job is just annoying.

At first, not so great, we had someone who came out and didn't really give us the results described and agreed upon so, I called the office asking if this was going to be the results expected moving forward...they were extremely apologetic, and immediately scheduled us for a "re-clean". The next day, Eliani came and did a PHENOMENAL job! She listed to what was needed, and executed to perfection! The end result, we've requested Eliani moving forward and I look forward to having a clean house!

We had MaidPro for our home cleaning service when we lived in Florida. I was always pleased with the quality of their work and the office staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My pros Erika and Ana worked quickly and well to get my weird old house sparkling. As a repurposed beach cottage with wood floors, jalousie windows and all sorts of odd nooks and crannnies, it's a challenge to clean, but they did a great job.
