- Staff was unable to communicate with homeowner - Staff did not have the proper cleaning materials - Staff was supposed to stay for a total of 12 hrs only stayed nine - Maidpro would not offer any partial refund or discount off next cleaning -Staff could not even make beds correctly -Bathrooms were not clean 100% - I called office to voice my concerns & was told I had only 24 hours to call. I had a home full of guests the next day? - This company does not care about customer satisfaction. It is too big of an organization - Please take my advice & do NOT use this company. I have been in customer relations for over 30 years & this company is not geared towards customer service.

This was the slowest cleaning person I have ever had!! In 3 1/2 hours she cleaned 3 bathrooms (tubs had not been used, 2 showers had not been used), the lanai, den, and master bedroom. She did not get to the 3 small bedrooms or the living room at all. MaidPro then called me to say that the cleaner was going to need another hour to finish. I declined, because the time I had purchased should have been more than enough time to do the job. She then did about 10 minutes of rapid vacuuming/damp mop of the kitchen & dining room floor. Seemed like the "deal" was set up to be a "bait and switch" - get you with a deal, then charge more. Also, it took several phone calls and emails just to get the cleaning deal purchased, and then they required me to go through an "interview" before they would schedule my cleaning.

renter complained that one br floor appeared unswept. renter did not finf home was very clean.

Did a very good job. Very thorough.

The house was cleaned very poorly with no detail.The windows left dirty and the dishwasher filled with old dishes. No vacumming under my couches and linen not changed.They had 3 hours of cleaning time and my house is only 1300 square feet

They cleaned well. Michelle Spitzer was hands on and contacted me about a minor issue with broken blinds.

They did a great job with power washing. There were some spots that he knew wouldn't come off with power washing (stained from shingles vs. mold) so he pointed these out and also showed me as they were doing the work so I was aware. The house hadn't been power washed in a very long time so the job they did made a huge difference and sets us up for when we're ready to paint the exterior.

Let me begin by stating that the woman that showed up at the house was polite, professional and curteous. She arrived at the house on time and worked the full three hours that we agreee to with the serivice provider. We have been previously using the same woman to clean our house for the past few years. She was temporarily out of commission so we checked with Angie's List to find a solution. We wanted to try this organization as they were advertising a three hour special and we thought that would be a sufficient amount of time to clean our bathrooms and do some light dusting around the house.She supplied her own cleaning agents and that may indeed be the source of the problem. We are used to our other cleaning woman really getting the bathrooms clean and she uses a bleached based product. Not only can you see the cleanliness but you can smell it as well (not in an overwhelming way). I don't believe the products used in our home did a good job. I know the cleaning woman was working hard but I don't believe she was getting much help from the products. After she left, not only could you still see some of the grime that normally builds up in a shower, but it really didn't have the fresh smell of a clean bathroom either. When you factor this in with the cost of over $50 per hour and the fact that our other cleaning person will stay for six to seven hours for the same fee vs. three hours from this firm, it is in our best interest to stick with our current provideer once she returns to activer service. Her pricing is much better, she spends more time at the house and the end results are better with her as well. It is not my desire to fault the woman that provided the service but more of an issue of the cleaning products and pricing of the service that lead to my conclusion.

I have been using Maid Pro for well over a year now since I needed to hire someone to clean my house when I became unable to do so as a result of surgery. At first, I was at home when the service people came since I was out of work, and I was always impressed with how friendly and accommodating they each were; they were even very patient with my barking Chihuahuas! When I returned to work, I continued to use Maid Pro on a regular basis since I was so impressed with the quality of their cleaning - and I am VERY picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my living space. I trusted the Maid Pro staff to enter my home when I was not there, and always feel at ease that my possessions are consistently safe and secure when they are in my house in my absence. When, on one occasion, I called to inform the management that I came home to find a stain on my bedroom carpet, the customer service was excellent, and I received a credit on my next cleaning service as a result of this inadvertent mistake on the part of the service person. Recently, I called to see if I could get my carpet cleaned on very short notice since I would be having company on the weekend, and Maid Pro's carpet/tile expert, Mark, was extremely responsive. He set up the carpet cleaning within two days, and did a very efficient job in cleaning and deodorizing a carpet that is old, and very soiled by dogs and my young grandchildren. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the services of Maid Pro across all levels of their operation. My only wish is that I be assigned the same cleaning person every time I have a service, since I do find some slight differences in how things are done with each of them. Also, I get a quicker and more efficient response by calling the main number directly than through my Project Manager. Thank you, Maid Pro!!! It is very difficult for me to be pleased with cleaning services, and, more importantly, for be to feel comfortable having people enter my home when I am not there. You have achieved both with flying colors, in my opinion.

They are good at what they do. Higher priced than independents. They bring their own supplies and appear reluctant to use any others. But they cannot give you an exact time of arrival which is a deal breaker when you run a business from your home. They give you a "window of time, like 11am to 3 pm. That means I can't schedule any business from 11:00am to 5:00pm because they work for 2 hours and I don't ever know when or who is going to show. They do meet their "window" time. IF you aren't home anyway, or you just don't mind, this is not a problem. Plus I really did not like not knowing who was going to do my cleaning. Then maybe I could have forged a relationship with that person. I want to know who is cleaning, know exactly when they are coming, and I don't mind providing the supplies like cleaners and mops so all they would have to do is bring what they personally like to use.

It was good. She was very meticulous and spent a long time on one area, so I don't know if we would use them again.

I recommend Maid Pro of Fort Myers to anyone wanting a thoroughly professional hassle-free cleaning service. Maid Pro has been sending Doris to handle my home cleaning in Florida on a regular basis and I recommend her highly. Doris does a thorough cleaning and never misses anything. I am amazed how efficient she is and very pleasant. Maid Pro also sends emails and telephone messages reminding me of my upcoming cleaning appointment, which I find very useful. The team is also very helpful with any request I have had, such as rescheduling. I have not experienced any problems and love the service they provide. I have used other cleaning services in the past, but find Maid Pro of Fort Myers to be the best. I previously had to call another service to come back out and mop by master bathroom floor as they had overlooked it, but Maid Pro of Fort Myers has yet to miss anything. I appreciate the fact I can always count on Maid Pro to make sure my home is cleaned on a regular basis without any worries.

Maid Pro workers are an fast, friendly, and do excellent work. They do a fantastic job cleaning my home. It is the best feeling to walk into my clean home once they are done. Well worth the money.

Two girls showed up on time and were very neat, clean and professional! The house looked amazing when they were done. I've had housecleaners my whole adult life and no one compares to them. I would highly recommend MaidPro.

I’ve had monthly cleanings for over two years from MaidPro. They are very consistently thorough, timely, dependable, responsive to my special requests. Had other services in the past, MaidPro is clearly superior and an excellent price. I love MaidPro.

It went really well. They were quick and did a really good job. I would defiantly hire them back. We have used a couple housecleaning services before and they were far better.

They are wonderful and are always on time. The company is flexible with my schedule. The work is great. One time the cleaning was a little less than I hoped. The next person they sent did a great job and the manager came by to make sure I was happy. Their customer service is amazing.

They were great, and they do a great job. They clean everything that I ask them to do. They get the job done quickly. I have no complaints with them, and they are wonderful.

It was outstanding, complete did everything and more. They did all the furniture lifting each cushion as well, I have a cat so that was wonderful. They worked together as a perfect pair. Did all the furniture, I have floor to ceiling mirrors every where and each was completely and perfectly cleaned as well as bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, sliding doors in and outside. Everything was moved and wiped down ie. small items. Pictures frames and the glass. All door frames, plantation shutters . The list goes on and on. Washed floors, cabinets etc.This company I highly recommend they are professional, courteous and experts in their field. I even had a supervisor stop in to check their work.

I would not recommend them. They are not trained. They don't know what they are doing. They don't speak English. I have never been so disappointed in a service.

They have been out here twice and do a good job. It takes a while for them to learn our house and for us to learn them. Anything I have complained about they have absolutely tried to resolve. I have no complaints; there are always things to improve upon but I do not have any big issues that they did and did not try to make better. They are always communicative and I have a lot of quirks. They charge by the hour. The only real issue I have that I have not brought up with them is that they survey my basic house over the phone and then they make an estimate on how many hours. I believe their estimate was a little high, but competitive and not as flexible as I would like.

Their services were overall good, but the price was a bit high.
