I am very happy with the cleaning that Maid Pro does for me. They are very prompt and very through in their cleaning.

I have used Maid Pro for many years and find them to be thorough and reliable. I have had the same Pro (Concha) for a long time and am completely satisfied; she adapted very well to my various preferences, is very good with my dogs, is friendly and a very hard worker. I would recommend Maid Pro to anyone looking for house-cleaning help.

Excellent! If I need to change a cleaning date, when I call Maidpro I am always answered with "How can I make you smile today". What a pleasant greeting, I know they will help with adjusting my schedule in a pleasant and professional way. I have had other home cleaning services where the cleaners have their cell phones pressed to their ears...you know they aren't paying attention. Concia concentrates on making my home shine. It is a pleasure to have such a professional person and company taking care of my home.

We have used Maid Pro in Fort Myers for over 3 years and appreciate the service they provide keeping our home clean on a regular basis. They listen to our specific requests as to how we want things done in our home. Anytime I have had a problem with scheduling they are very accommodating. One of the features we especially like is that we don't have to worry like other friends and relatives do about our the maid calling and cancelling or not showing up. We know that someone will be here to clean on the scheduled day, and we do not have to rearrange our schedule. Yanelis and Maria D cleaned this week and they did a really nice job. I recommend Maid Pro without hesitation.

These folks are wonderful. They even who down the gaskets on our washer and dryer! Holy Smokes!

Idaemys Hernander, who works for Maid Pro did a wonderful job. There were no corners she left untouched she far exceeds all other workers I've ever had to clean my house. She has a wonderful, friendly, positive attitude. I'd love to have her every time.

Excellent. Each team was very responsive and very thorough. A team of 4 was sent to clean our 2722 sqft home. They worked very efficiently and we were pleased with the results. MaidPro may not be the least expensive cleaning service, but they're an excellent value for the quality of service.

We were NOT impressed by what we found after the cleaning had occurred. Not only was the fridge still disgusting, we had later learned when stocking the cabinets that no cabinets had been cleaned--there were still wrappers and crumbs all over the place. All of the sinks and toilets still had the hard water stains in the bottom which I was hoping their professional chemicals could address. We were not able to have them come back out to address these items as we needed immediate use of the fridge/bathrooms/cabinets since a group were coming over to help us paint, etc. Plus, the cleaning occurred on a Friday and when we went to the house on Saturday, they don't provide services on Saturday or Sunday, so we ended up cleaning the rest ourselves. Also, they did not call me when they had to come up with a Plan B for returning the house key to us, so we had to guess what happened to our one and only key that the previous owner had left us. And since you cannot get a hold of anyone at the company on the weekend, we had to be creative to get into the house. I will NOT use them again.

They did an wonderful job as usual. Maidpro has been cleaning our condo for over 10 years. They do consistently excellent work.

Each and every gal who comes to our condo is very thorough, courteous and lovely. We have used Maid Pro for about two years. It all began when I had shoulder surgery and was unable to vacuum and clean like I did in my younger years. We love Maid Pro. They spend two hours and come once a month.

The three girls, arrived on time, did an excellent job cleaning two bathrooms, and let it skinning. Cleaning our kitchen, they did a very thorough job. Dusted, vacumned, dusted all window blinds. My husband and I were very pleased with their politeness, courticy, and careful of our belongings. I would certainly recommend bMaid Pro to our friends.

They have always be punctual. Never late and really pay close attention to detail. I was in the Air Force for 6 years and They pass inspection 110% and always go above and beyond the call of duty.

Maidpro is the best service I have ever used and I've had cleaning services for over 40 years. They are very exact with their cleaning i.e. Baseboards, fingerprints, it makes such a difference.

They girls sent did a great job and were very professional. Thank you to the employees of Maid Pro for the help and clean home we now have.

Not well at all. They spent 1 1/2 hrs in Master - moved to kitchen started washing to cups in sink. I received a phone call from Maid-Pro that they would need at least another 2 hrs to finish the job! My response was "they can leave right now n I would pay for their services. Maidpro sent out a supervisor to inspect n she agreed she would have them do whatever I had seen that was not done. After they left I really saw what they didn't bother doing. Unfortunately, this is a franchise and calling n complaining is a total waste of time. Stay with a company that is family or corporate owned.

Yesenia is my regular cleaner and she does a great job. She is always cheerful, thoughtful, and truly wants to please. Have been with MaidPro for several years and wouldn't even think about changing. They are organized, follow up as needed, and priced fairly. Keep up the great work. You know how to run a company.

excellent - the cleaners did a great job !

MaidPro arrived at 11:15 yesterday. At 1:15, the jewelry box was empty. MaidPro personnel were the only people in the house. The police are investigating.
