Love it!!!! I am a busy teacher and the last thing I want to do is clean my house on the weekend. I started Maidpro just before the new school year started and I couldn't be happier. Neraida, my PRO does an awesome job! The first cleaning was a deep cleaning and was superb! After that every other week she comes while I am at school and does a fabulous job. I come home and just relax in a clean house. She always goes above and beyond for me. Love her and Maidpro!!!

The ladies do a good job. I have a very large home and they have only been coming for a few weeks. Every once and a while I notice things get missed( very small things and I usually tell them when they come the next time, not a big deal. I also have some OCD so I tend to be more critical than most) The two ladies also do things that I don’t see that need cleaning and I really appreciate that. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the ladies. They are very professional and sweet. My last service was not this good. Maid Pro makes it easy and I am very happy I hired them. Would recommend highly.

The cleanings have gone great! I truly believe you get what you pay for. I know too many people who have been scammed by independent cleaners, as in jewelry and family valuables being stolen. It's a scary world out there and I always choose reputable companies and couldn't be happier with MaidPro.

It was a wonderful experience. The work was done quietly and effectively, leaving the house shining and smelling so clean. My husband and I felt as though we should whisper, it was so pristine!

How did it go? It went right out the door like my cleaner did, as she did not even let me know she was leaving. I tried to stay out of her way, as I did not want to hover. At first I was quoted one price but come to find out, that was a discount if I signed up for a regular cleaning schedule. She did a good job in the kitchen with the cabinets, however totally missed one. It was not until she left that I had checked and found many areas not completely cleaned per their "49 point check list". Per this list, shower doors and inside & outside the commode is to be done. This was not done and the commode side next to the bathtub was not cleaned. When I called back to say I wasn't satisfied with their service, I was told "She did the best she could". I was denied a "re-clean" of the specific areas. My main reason for contacting this company was because of Angie's List. My experience, they do NOT follow through with the 49 pt. checklist or the re-cleans. If you consider and do use this company, stay home and follow them around. IMO, run, pass this one up and choose another cleaning company.

While experiencing health issues it was so helpful to have a familiar face every two weeks coming to clean! Idarmas was fantastic. I only wish we were still able to use them on a regular basis. The monthly price was the biggest drawback.

Residential clean - moving into the house was a nightmare and MaidPro sent the right team to clear it all up! The exceeded expectation so much I hired them for monthly cleaning afterwards so the issue would not reoccur. They were fantastic prompt and professional. There was a lot to clean in the beginning I was so grateful. I have referred MaidPro to coworkers since. Commercial clean - When we moved from our office after 10 years we called them back for a professional cleaning. They again exceeded our expectations

We've used MaidPro for at least a year now, every week they arrive and leave right on-time. Our pro is friendly and happy and does a wonderful job every single week. We are always delighted to come home to a sparkling clean house. Vicky takes the time to get everything very clean, fingerprint and dust-free, which is quite a challenge since I have two small children! She was able to get stubborn rust-stains out of the shower which the previous homeowners left and I could not get out for anything. I fully trust Vicky in my home and have never had any problems with any of their pros. We recommend MaidPro to our friends and family and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Ileana always does a fabulous job. I am always thrilled to come home after she has cleaned. Everything looks shiny and bright and the house smells great.

First of all I told them on the phone several times that I had five dogs and they sent me a maid who was scared of dogs. In fact she even screamed one time when one came close to her unexpectedly. I stayed out on the lanai with them while she was doing the house. She started in my master bedroom and bath and when she was done I took the dogs and moved in there. I inspected the bathroom and found that she had cleaned nothing up high nor had she dusted the light fixtures or the top of the cabinet or the blinds or the window sill, and hadn't even dusted the top of the shower door enclosure. In my bedroom she had not bothered to move the dresser and there was a huge clump of dog hair and dust bunnies all alongside the dresser behind it and under it. I have all tile floors it would not have been a hard piece of furniture to move. I move it all the time. After she moved out into the living room I basically gave up I told her not to do the lanai wasn't worth it. She interpreted that to mean that she could do just the inside of the slider and not bother doing the outside of the slider.

The young woman who cleaned my house did a spectacular job. She took her time and did not try to take shortcuts. She knew what needed to be done and did not require supervision. She asked questions if she was not certain how I wanted things done. I would hire her again any time and also recommend her to my friends. Its hard to find dedicated workers who take pride in their work.
