Description of Work: Cleaning was sloppy. Went through laundry list of "to do" and, although they gave me a checklist of all they cleaned, they were areas that went untouched. Floors were still dirty after they were cleaned. Upstairs bedroom and bath were never cleaned or vacuumed as promised. They did empty the toaster.
