Description of Work: We made an appointment with KGT for a friend who was from out of town who had just closed on a house that morning and wanted some bids on master bath remodel. KGT never showed up and did not even call to cancel or re-schedule.

Description of Work: We closed on a condo in Bonita Springs in early July 2011 and were there for a week to line up trades' people for tile work, carpet, and a small kitchen remodel project that involved taking out a partial wall, removing a 'domed' ceiling and adding can lights. We found KGT on Angie's List and met with Greg Ulrich its President on 7/11 at the condo the day before we were to go back up north. Greg was interested in making a bid and in doing the work. He told us he'd email a bid to us "the next week". Nothing came, so we emailed him on 7/26 about the bid. Greg responded that day and said 'I'm working on it and will have it out by the end of the week". Again, nothing came. Finally we emailed him again on 8/2 and asked if he was going to give us a bid or should we move on without him. Again, nothing. KGT's lack of responsiveness is appalling. We know this was a small job, but if you say you are going to do something within a specific framework, then do it.,
