My contact with Key Locksmith was great from start to finish: Jessica answered the phone and got back to me promptly with the name of the service tech she was sending. She was pleasant and professional to deal with. Then the tech, John, called to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he too was polite and professional, and quickly had our lock repaired and our building secure. From start to finish the folks at Key Locksmith were great to work with and we will call them again if we need them; we'll be sure to recommend them to others, too!

We used Key Locksmiths in 2010 at our condo to re-key one lock and replace the mailbox lock. He had to come back, as the mailbox lock fell out. It worked properly after his follow up visit. This time his employee installed a deadbolt at our villa. The frame between the bolt receiver and the outside of the door apparently split during installation and the large splinter of wood was laying on the tile after the job was completed. He promised to return to the job site and repair the damage on two separate occasions. However, he never returned to finish the job (or even look at it). We had to return to PA the next week. Have now returned as full time residents. Other types of services we've experienced in the Naples area have all been of of good quality.

We had a security lock put on our patio door. Howell installed it and did an excellent job. I would pay this amount over and over again for the type of security this lock provides. You can't even budge the door with this lock. We feel much safer since this was installed. They came out the next day to do the installation which we are so grateful for. I would absolutely use this company again and again. It is absolutely worth the money for our peace of mind.

Called and spoke with owner and requested his service. He called and indicated he could not provide service personally as we agreed but could send an associate. I somewhat reluctantly agreed. The individual sent was knowledgeable and did a good job. I was particularly impressed that he indicated that certain services for which I was interested were unnecessary. The owner also arrived to make sure that the job was done properly and to my satisfaction. The work performed was done neatly and any "mess" was cleaned up. I would use them again.
