It was difficult. I tried to have my spa serviced and originally Damian the owner called after a week and a half and said forget about it and whatnot but they actually came out and did the service. I emailed them so I can get them to bill me so I could pay him and he hasn't done that so I think he was out here to service but I've not paid for it. They did a good job. I wasn't here when they did it but I have a tenant here and they complained that the spa was leaking and it appears not to be leaking anymore, so I think he did a good job with the work even though the timing and communication was not great.

They were so professional that I hired them to do weekly cleanings as well. And you should see how good my pool looks!! Excellent people, excellent company.

This worked out extremely well. They found the leak in no time and they fixed it. We haven’t had a problem with it since. If we needed anything else, they offered to come back.

I purchased the $44 Pool or Spa Service Call deal from Angie's List and I could not be happier. My parent's pool was a bit green, due to my dad breaking his hip at the beginning of the year - and none of us being able to clean the pool while he was in the hospital. I was at work when the cleaning was done, but my mom said that the gentleman that came out to the house was very nice and polite. He shocked the pool and let her know he would be back the next day to follow up. When he completed his work, my parents were not there, since they were at a Dr.'s appointment. But he left a note stating all that had been done and to follow up if there were any issues. He cleaned the pool to perfection - no more pond looking water and the debris at the bottom was vacuumed away. Now, the pool is a beautiful blue again, thanks to the EXCELLENT service of Hydrotech. I will DEFINITELY use their services again. And I would recommend them to anyone, without reservation - anytime.

I couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish! I received an email with contact information immediately after I purchased the deal for $99 pool leak detection here on Angie's List. I called the number provided and Andrew answered right away and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgable. He found two leaks and patched them up. I highly recommend this company! They are A+ all the way!

I did not use them because they do not service my area. I had a difficult time contacting them to find that out, even though I left messages. When they did contact me after two weeks, they apologized and tried to make right, but did not service my area.

They gave us a quote of $2000, and we are still considering, because we weren't prepared for that. They were professional. My wife gave me the impression that they seemed friendly.

Isolated my leak and installed a new skimmer. Cut through the concrete deck installed skimmer and filled with new concrete and textured the replacement deck. I have not lost one ounce of water since their departure!

Excellent workers. The company needs to communicate with customer better to keep nervous folks like us happy. They should call the day before to say they are coming. Be sure to ask about any mess and what should you do to cover plants, etc. from dust and splatter. We didn't and wished we had. Also ask about what to expect in chemistry needs after they finish. The job took about three days and the end result was excellent.

I purchased a Big Deal for a pool service for $99.00. There was a slow leak in my pool. They showed up on time and called before they came. They were very prompt, they were done within 35 minutes. They got the job done and did a great job! They could not have been any better; explained what they did and why the leak occurred. I could not have been any happier.

The big deal from Hydrotech Pools Inc turned out to be wonderful. They fixed a leak that I had in my pool and they were great guys. They did it quickly. They were very professional. I just love them. I kept their card because if I have any issues they are the people I want to call again. I would give them an 'A' plus if possible. They just were very good. They showed up on time and they were very professional. They fixed everything. They answered all of my questions even with some other things on the pool that I had questioned about that had nothing to do with that leak. They were very nice. I will use this provider in the future.

Andrew was wonderful. There were no additional charges. They're phenomenal. They did exactly what they said they're going to do. If you want a leak detection person, he's probably the best one the company owns. They're awesome. The guy came out on a Saturday even though they don't work on Saturdays. He was good. It took him a couple of days to figure it out. The company is good itself.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. It was wonderful. The coupon was for leak detection. They were professional and courteous. I liked that they were able to repair a leak that I couldn't find. Their regular pricing is a little bit high and had I not found the Angie's List coupon, I might not have called them. The Angie's List price was good.

This Co. had a special on Angies List for a half price leak check. I told them my pool was leaking an inch a day. It took a wk to get an appointment, The men who showed up were prompt, extremely polite and supposedly fixed the crack leak. They told me the pool should not loose water anymore. I called one week later to tell them that the pool was still leaking (it had rained all week so it took a few days to see) I was told by Damien, owner, he would talk to the guys who did the fix and get back to me. He did not. I called again and have yet to hear back, It has been over a month since the initial repair. I know this was a temporary repair. I asked for an estimate on a permanent repair because I knew it would take me a while to save the cost. This was to be mailed to me also and never was. If I cannot get a call back on a simple repair how difficult would it be to get him to respond if I hire him to do a major repair? At the moment I would not recommend this company.

They did a pool analysis for me. They were the best quote for me on a major pool renovation, so I had them back out. They’re slightly hard to get ahold of sometimes, but I understand because the owner is pretty busy. They did a great job, their workers are very nice, and they’re highly recommended!

They were excellent and I was very impressed with them. They were very neat and clean, and also reasonable in cost. I called them and they came out the next day. The two men that showed up were Andrew and Steven, who spent over an hour searching for a leak. They found it in the spa area and repaired it as quickly as possibly. They did everything that I asked and were a really great representatives for their company. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Southwest Florida area that has a leak.

It was alright. They showed up on time and the worker just started with the company. She seemed to know what she was doing. She recommended I buy a gasket but I just had my local pool guy do it instead. The price of the deal was right though.

This was our 2nd time using this company. We just purchased home 4 months ago and heater was not working. Came out and fixed immediately. Thank you. The first time they fixed pool leaks. Each time the technician was very professional and knowledgeable

Found and repaired small leaks. Great staff, did a wonderful job. Highly recommended. I suggested them to my neighbor and he had a excellent results.

Once the work started, our biggest gripe was that we never knew who was coming to do what, or when. People would turn up out of the blue and do various things, then vanish, then some other crew would appear and do something else. The work did get done, but it bothered us that Damian, the company owner, never came round to check how it was going. We had to contact him several times and had some difficulty reaching him. The guys who did the deck surface were very good and we're happy with the job - it's nice when a company can trust their sub-contractors but from the customer's point of view, you like to feel that someone is supervising the job as a whole, and we definitely didn't get this. When they started taking off the pool border tile to replace it it had been cemented on in such a way that it started to damage the pool's surface, so we ended up having to have the pool completely resurfaced,which we hadn't budgeted for. This wasn't Hydrotech's fault, it's just what happened, but they did do a good job on it. We finally - about 4 months after the job started - got the new screen up - it took a few phone calls. Apparently the company who were to do it were 'very busy', but they'd known they were going to do it since June, so not sure why we had to do so much chasing to get them to do the work. Again, that company did a good job and we're very happy with the new enclosure. The last small detail was that we needed a small slab 'step' as one of the new screen doors was in a different location to the old one. This took a lot of phoning and chasing up to get it done. Annoying when it was such a small thing. And even at the end of the whole job, Damian never came by to check or see if we were happy. We found that pretty strange. Overall, the job was done well and we're happy with it, but if you want good communication and the comfort of feeling like someone is supervising the job, then probably best to choose another company. t
