Damian's guys did a terrific job cleaning the coping and sealing it. There were a number of large vegetation stains and some rust stains. Virtually all of the stains were removed completely, and the sealing looks terrific and will hopefully prevent more staining in the future. It took several months between the time I first contacted them until they could squeeze us in, but it was well worth the wait.

I made an appointment with provider for between 10AM and 12noon on 7/2/2015. Representative called me several days prior to see if appointment can be changed to 7/1. I explained that wouldn't be possible as I was travelling to the appointment destination that evening. We left appointment as is. On 6/30 I called provider and told rep. that my plans had changed and I could meet them at house at 3PM on 7/1. Rep stated that may not work, but is 7/3 a possibility? I said yes, just let me know. Provider never showed at all on any day.

Came back a second time at no extra charge. Very responsive and friendly.

Have had some communication issues with this company - but am currently trying to coordinate a resolve. In an effort to work toward a resolution I have edited my previous comments.

The overall quality of the work was excellent. The workers were professional and courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The timeline was met and the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. Damian, the owner, is not always as responsive as we would have liked and never actually visits the work site (we never actually met him, just spoke on the phone and communicated via email). Additionally, while the job was completed at the promised time, there were times/days where workers did not show up or only worked a few hours rather than a full day. From my perspective, it was a bit frustrating because the job probably could have been done in 5 or 6 days rather than a full 2 weeks. However, the timeline given at the start of the job was 2 weeks and that is when it was completed. Overall, we are very pleased with the job and would utilize them in the future.

Excellent. We still have some small adjustments to make, but I still need to call them to schedule that.

We had a serious leak in our pool. We called Damian at Hydrotech, because he had done work on the pool previously. I called, he said he would send someone out. I waited for weeks (we live 1000 miles away from the house with the pool) but didn't hear from him. I checked with the pool service, who said they would talk to him. I called again, and he said he had sent someone out, but that the quote could not be relied upon, since he had forgotten some items. I asked if he had repaired the leaks, even temporarily, and was told that had happened. Luckily, he didn't charge me for it, because it never happened. He also never returned to discuss a long-term replacement or repair, as we had arranged. Just as well; I won't do business with him again

The young lady that came to my house was polite and went out of her way to investigate the issue. I was afraid that my older hot tub had given up, but she tested several things and figured out that a bad plug was the only issue. She could have charged me more and I wouldn't have known the difference, but she brought the plug in and showed us the problem and explained it in detail. They guys are on my speed dial!

The technicians we there on time and were very courteous and cleaned up each day. There was a small issue with some over-spray when the re-finished the pool enclosure but it was handled promptly by the owner Damian. I would certainly recommend Hydrotech to family and friends and I will be using them when it's time for a new pool pump.

It went fine. Scheduling was easy and we’ve never had an issue with that. In the beginning, it was rough because they had a bad technician, but they fixed it. Our current technician, Alex, does a great job.

It went great! They immediately recognized the issue and fixed everything that same day, so my pool could get back to operation. I did have to order new unions for my salt cell because of another companies sloppy install. They came back today and installed my (2) new unions. Great company, thanks again!

It's been fine and we were very happy. It went very well. They were punctual, professional and put a lot of effort into it.

Two days before leaving for a vacation, our pool pump sputtered out. I called nearly every Angie's List service provider and nobody could get to the repair before we left. In addition, the best price I was quoted was nearly $100 more than the price Hydrotech charged. They came out and replaced the pool pump in two hours. AWESOME customer service!

Company was very easy to work with, called about an issue with a line leaking water, had to shut down pump and system to stop the water from spraying. Called and they schedule the service the next day. Told to expect service between 12:00 and 2:00, and Faith called to let us know she was on her way about 20 minutes before showing up at 12:00. Faith got right to work and fixed the issue in no time. We are new to owning a pool and Faith walked my wife through what she needed to do. Faith also mentioned some other items that should be looked at to make sure our system was operating efficiently and effectively. This was a great experience and we look forward to using them again.

Company said they would inspect, fix minor leaks and provide an evaluation, but they never go back to us.

The serviceman went above an beyond. Not only did he find and repair cracked grout, he also replaced two drain covers free of charge. Not to mention, he didn't charge me for fixing the grout. He was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Everything was done professionally, on time and with great quality. They appear to have experience in most areas relating to the pool and made recommendations or gave solutions along the way. Their prices were very reasonable as compared to other companies quotes. We were extremely happy with the work and I would highly recommend this company.

'Faith' professional and friendly. Had all equipment needed and checked all equipment, cleaned and tested pool came back the next day to check out.

He found one and was willing to come back out when it appeared to be another leak was in the pool. He repaired the second leak. He also inspected it and pointed out some root problems that we are now having a tree company come out and take care of. I believe he may have caught a problem that may have been very expensive later. Top notch service and company
