Steve, the technician from Hydrotech, after conducting several tests, got to the heart of the problem. He believed the leak in the plumbing was under the pool decking. He closed off all the jets and shut down all drains and we waited. A week went by and no more leaks, concluding that the leaks were in fact located in the pool plumbing. The first company's diagnosis was incorrect. A team of several knowledgeable technicians showed up several days later. They removed the travertine around an area close to the jet return areas. They also drilled through the concrete. and found two leaks; repairing both. The concrete was also repaired and the travertine was reinstalled. When the technicians were finished, you would never have known that any work had been done, except for the residue remaining in the pool. The mess was gone. Now, no more leaks!!! Hydrotech did a superb job. The personnel were knowledgeable, the response time excellent, and the price was fair. Hydrotech did not send out an invoice to me for a week. They wanted me to see that the leak problem was in fact resolved. I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them in the future if the need arises. Thank you Hydrotech for a job well done.

They promptly found the leak in a pipe section and promptly repaired it. The cost was extremely reasonable. They showed us were the leak originated and what we could do if it happened again. Very nice technician.

Pam from the service department is reliable and responsive in scheduling. The technician did a great job and found the leak quickly. He also pointed out that a lid needed replacing. We have used Hydrotech twice before as our pool motor and filter needed replacement. The workmanship is always excellent.

Have been using them for over 6 months. Reliable, affordable and thorough work. Very happy with our service and we have a pool without a pool cage, which is more challenging.

See comments above. Mainly they were very responsive to my initial phone calls. They made accommodations to service my pool asap as I was not feeling well. The tech was very professional and showed me exactly where the problem was and how he fixed it. The were professional and very quick. I will use them again and will also make referrals. I would recommend them to anyone.with pool problems.

Hydrotech was quick to evaluate and provide an estimate and schedule the work. The Job was completed in a timely manner and I continue to use them for my weekly pool maintenance needs. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Sales person came out to measure and discuss options. Told me the owner does all quotes and would email me a quote by the next week... Now 6 weeks later NO CALL, NO QUOTE, A WASTE OF TIME FOR ALL.

Excellent. The pool was in bad shape. The technician came every other day and got the water in order.

Lucky if they showed up once a month for weekly pool service. Payment is due the month prior to service. We had given them more than a fair chance to perform service contracted. Change in pool cleaning techs every few months. None stay long enough to become familiar with the pool. Called to complain about pool person not showing up or by chance if they did show up either pool screening or deck was damaged by chemicals or pole. Owner Damien could care less. Person answering the phone is always very rude(must be tired from all the complaint calls). When we informed him that we are cancelling service he refused to refund money and actually was crying on phone. CRAZY way to run a business. Use someone else for your pool service. We are in Florida and there are many reputable ones to choose from.

I called Hydrotech and they came out the very next day. They repaired it and I didn't even need to be home. They came to the house, did the work, and left a note that the work had been done and I could add water to the pool now without fear of losing more. When I got home I checked the work and it was done beautifully. The bill was a fair price too. I have used Hydrotech for all of my repairs and they are GREAT!

Hydrotech sent a veteran pool installer soon after our call. Positive, friendly, and very clear, he explained the process and options and shared samples of new surface types and patterns to help us make best choices. He also developed a 'to do' list for us to make certain every pool need was met. And clearly explained pricing choices. To our delight, the installing crew arrived a day early for best weather. They covered our entire pool deck and house walkway with protective plastic, then brought their equipment and materials and stacked them neatly. They de-chlorinated and tested the pool water before emptying it, an ideal environmental protection practice. Their work quality and spirit were superb throughout the entire job. Very friendly, happy to explain their activities and the entire process. Very, very positive working together, with superb focus and resulting work quality. Their craftsmanship and expertise were superb. The results are amazing. Our pool looks fantastic--in fact it looks brand new! After filling the pool their tech arrived to condition the pool water. He clearly shared each step with me along with advice to help us best maintain sparkling water quality. Communication with and by Hydrotech is superb. They even notified the county about our water use to assist cost savings. This was our second excellent experience with Hydrotech. Earlier this year we contracted with them for deck repairs and their team shared superb craftsmanship and professionalism. Very nice people, too, just like this week's crew. I taught leadership communication and customer service at a major MBA school and even worked for a major pool company while in grad school. From this combined perspective I give Hydrotech and all of its employees an A+ and would be honored to recommend their excellent work to everyone. Thank you for excellence, Hydrotech!

They showed up at the scheduled appointment, did all the measurements for about 2 hours and we never got a quote from them. Maybe they are too rich to do large orders since we asked for a complete remodeling: new cage, new travertine, new concrete SPA and much more. We asked twice to get the quote after they promised we will have their quote by 7 days, they responded "they are about to have it done tonight", the second inquiry from us and they responded "sorry, we need 2-3 days more to get you the quote" - that was in February, now its May and we never got anything from them. Waisted time and never again!

I was thrilled to find Hydrotech Pool! I had been told by another company that they would have to do a dye test and another test that would start our cost at around $300 - no guarantees. When the Hydrotech Pool technician came out, he was very courteous and knowledgeable - and knew right where to start. He found the issue right away and under 45 minutes later was finished. I highly recommend Hydrotech - they were awesome!

These guys were tremendously professional. I had my pool resurfaced. It is a dirty job, but you would never know they were here. They put protective covering over the entire area. They did a phenomenal job! The quality of the pool resurfacing is A+.

Went very well, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the service. I have had poor service from a few other companies so very relieved this company was very professional.

Spoke to Mike and he sent someone over to give me quote. I had an oped permit on my pool and needed to make sure it would pass inspection it had been open for many years and I needed to sell my property. He was trying to hit me with a $4,000. + bill to do the corrections. I had the collier co. inspector come out. It turns out it was only a $200. job to fix the problem. When I went back to collect my survey and papers from him, his secretary was trying to get me to sign a contract to do the work and reg. in the county clerks office. I told her no that I wanted to check out other options. She (the secretary) was very pushy on trying to get me to sign the contract. I did find someone to do the work and it passed inspection.

They would schedule a time to do the work and not show up. When the contractors did show up they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The new pool tile was not floated in a straight line and all the "grout" is coming out in big chuncks. The pool job of painting the pool deck is coming off. I called the manufacturer of the paint company and they said that they needed to do a 2 step process before painting or it would just peel off and they did not do that. I have to basically redo the entire pool over. One of the worse companies that I ever did business with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

weeks. Today is October 9, 2015 and the installation is not yet complete. 1. During construction the existing concrete pool deck was cut and trenched to install pluming. The resultant repair does not match the existing deck in color, contour or texture. The vendor refuses to match the color, contour or texture of the repair trench to the rest of the deck. 2. A open hole is drilled n the top of the Spa ledge. This hole is for the purpose of locally controlling the Spa blower. The vendor contends that he does not need to install the spa blower control and this unsightly hole is an acceptable condition, it is not. The hole allows for water intrusion into the Spa internal structure and will undermine the structure with time. 3. The contractor has been late and unresponsive during the construction. We are 16 weeks into a contract that was stipulated to take 5- 7 weeks to complete. 4, The vendor demanded a 50% payment but the contract stipulated that the payment schedule was 0% down and balance paid at completion. The 50% payment was made. Vendor contact Damian Maroney 239-595-7808 Consumer's Desired Resolution: Level the contour of the repaired area of the pool deck to match the rest of the deck. Apply a finish to the pool deck such that the repaired trench is imperceptible from the rest of the desk in texture and color.Either install the spa blower control in the ledge of the spa or replace the granite ledge. A open hole is unacceptable

They found the leak before we left for the summer. We are now waiting for the repair.
