Description of Work: DID NOT USE - offered swimming pool leak service, but we found a plumbing problem that resolved our concern before the firm's services were required. No disappointment, just ultimately didn't need!

Description of Work: Replaced and renovated entire pool and patio pavers. The coping and paver workers did an excellent job but supervision was not communicative and always reacting vs planning mode. Owner was very organized but could use help.

Description of Work: I would give them a B because they had to come back to fix some spots from the resurfacing. They made it right but I had to get on them about coming back to fix the mistake. The pool is great now.

Description of Work: They did several tests to locate a leak in the pool system. It was located after about 30 to 40 minutes. The cost for locating the leak was $150. They also quoted $600 for fixing the leak. I called another service company for a second quote, which was $500.

Description of Work: They refinished my pool interior, added a swimout bench, added a raised spillover, added a new skimmer, refinished the pool deck with 1" pavers & rear patio with 1"pavers! During construction & Since completion there have been several items that were not of good quality. The interior of the pool is showing |brown spots altho the prior interior was blasted off before the new pebble crete was installed. The wrong interior color was delivered but I caught it and they were quick to exchange it. I am thankful for that. The wrong colored pavers were delivered - I was unable to catch that problem as they were quick to install most before I got home from work. The ones we selected in the show room with the owner were creme colored and the delivered ones were peaches & cream altho the name was supposedly white coconut. We have lived with this problem. There are other various problems that were addressed in the beginning. But there are still remaining items such as the pool interior stains & the concrete paver are flawed and with many calls no one has even addressed that. Recently, A superintendent came by to look at the stains and said he would "get back to me" - The owner of the company doesn't want to deal with me. There are definite problems. with the quality of the materials. The job is only less that 2 years old. The interior has a 10 year warranty. I have to rate the response and the quality as C & D. Due to the overall situation. I have made many calls and emails to the owner and the pool office. Response at this point is nil.

Description of Work: They replaced the skimmer but the concrete failed the 1st time. After numerous attempts to fix the problem it was determined that the whole thing had to be redone. I give them credit for standing by their product. |However I was extremely frustrated by the lack of communication by the owner. He just would not respond to repeated attempts TO GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED.

Description of Work: Have been experiencing a loss of water in the pool. Called Jamie in Orlando and he was straight forward in explaining his process to me over the phone, as well as pricing. Arrived on the day he stated and found the leak during the Basic so he did not charge the Advanced price which many do up front.
