Description of Work: Called the provider and let them know my needs. asked for an estimate and we set up a date for the visit. got a call that morning letting me know they couldn't make the time and would send someone over to take pictures. I waited most of the day and called again, later in the day around 4:30 a gentleman came by took pictures with his phone and tole me we would get an estimate and a call. Waited a week called them back was told they would get to the estimate, waited week, called again and was told the same thing. Nothing, never got an estimate, never got a call, I had to chase these people down. I consider this unprofessional.

Description of Work: They were servicing my parents pool for about a month before I hired them their pool was clean so I figures I would try them because I had recently moved to a new home and the pool was green. They came and said it would take about 4 days but I would have clean blue water in that time. Well going into the 2nd week of green water the tech told me my filtration system needed to be replaced and for $425 they could replace it. I didn't have the money so my boyfriend said he would try to clear it up for me.. Well within 5 days I had crystal clear water and have had it since and my filter works fine. But the worst part is that my parents used their services for 3 months and now need their pool resurfaced to the tune of $2000. 3 estimates from different companies said it was how the chemicals were put in the pool!!! BEWARE!!!! A regular decent priced pool service can cost you big!!

Thoroughly confused with this rating. We service the account currently. I contacted the owner and she explained that her sister has part control and made the remarks. She does not know why or how and is very happy with our services. There is extraneous pressures not related to our performance. This is not reflective of the quality work at Hydrotech Pools.

Description of Work: They showed up unannounced. The service tech had no idea why she was there. I asked them if they could look at something and give me a quote for that and something else when giving me a report on the visit. To date I have heard nothing from them. This was fraud as far as I am concerned. Taking payment and doing nothing. I called and left a message and never heard anything back. Angie's List should investigate and refund my money
