I was told when they would start which was about 3 weeks out. That was fine with me. They were out on the day they set aside for this and the work was completed in 6-7 days. Always punctual. Workers polite and friendly and their cleanup was impeccable. We changed the color of the flashing from silver to blue so our house trim needed to be repainted. One of the workers gladly snipped off a piece of flashing so that i could have Lowes color match it. We started repainting the trim (which needed it anyway) and we are almost finished with both houses. Our houses look so much better. We are extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Gulf Coast Roofing.

I called Gulf Coast Roofing and another company late on a Monday. Both told me I would receive a call to schedule someone to make an on-site visit and provide an estimate for repair of an area from which a leak occurred early on Monday. I spoke with both companies again on Tuesday afternoon. Gulf Coast wanted to schedule someone to stop by at 9:00 am on Friday morning! The other company offered to come by at 9:30 am the next morning (Wednesday). I cancelled the Friday appointment with Gulf Coast. The other company gave me an estimate on Wednesday morning to which I agreed. Two workers arrived at 8:30 am the next morning (Thursday) and made the repair. They worked for six hours and did an excellent job. I would not contact Gulf Coast again because I do not believe it responded in a timely manner.

I called their office and received a call back from their estimator in a timely manner. We set up a time for him to come out to our house and he showed up on time. I explained what I wanted and he got up on the roof and did an inspection. When he was done he told me what work needed to be done and showed me pictures of the slipping tiles and told me about a number of loose tiles. He gave me a written estimate. Once we had decided to have them do the job, he gave me a rough estimate of when they would call me to come out and do the job. About 4 weeks later they called and came out to the house. He got right to work and did the job quickly. I was very pleased with both men's professional attitude and courtesy. They did a great job!

The job went very well. They came and when they say they would, were very efficient, and the cost was just exactly what they said it was when they gave us the estimate. Their price was very competitive and they used quality materials.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them.

I asked for an evaluation of my roof. They came when they said they would and then sent a report with an estimate (not to exceed) the cost of the repair. I accepted and they came when they said they would, completed the repair on budget and on time. It was very professionally done from start to finish.

The weather caused some delays but work was done in a professional manner by inhouse technicians.

I called 4 roofers from Angieslist for estimates and Gulf Coast Roofing was reffered to me by a friend. He knew them on a bussiness level and said they seemed to be good guys. Immediately on the phone I felt comfortable with Patrick. He was clear in description, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. Patrick was on-time for our first meeting and he had our estimate done within two business days as promised. The price was perfect, about what we expected and in-line with most of the other estimates. (some much, much higher) Ultimately, our choice came down to 2 roofing companies. I asked Patrick to come by the house and discuss the project one more time because I had questions about his estimate. He came over the next day on time again. He perfectly answered all my questions and made a few suggestions as well. I was sold once he told me a bit more about the company. Family operated for decades, and many long term employees. He mentioned that his two shingle guys had worked for them for over 15 years. Shingle guys dont work for bad people for over 15 years... after that we shook hands and started scheduling. Day one: A team of 10 men arrived promptly at 7:15. before we could say go... some men were already on the roof stripping shingles and old vents and another team was laying tarps over my landscaping. After that we decided to go out of town for a night to avoid the noise... Day two: we arrived home to find the team finished for the day. the house was completely prepped for shingling. Patrick stopped by to take a look and see how it was going. He also mentioned that the guys noticed my dryer vent was completely packed with lint and a MAJOR fire hazard. They tried to clean as much as possible but, they didnt have the right tools... Day three left for work before they arrived and came home to find two men half way done with the shingles! The workers were very friendly and waved HELLO from the roof when I got home. Day four (today) Came home around 2 o'clock. Job is done! The guys finished up, cleaned up and are gone! It looks great and we couldn't be happier.

I chose them because I was satisfied with the representative. They are honest and efficient.

I give them an "A" overall and I would use them again in the future.

Gulf Coast Roofers arrived at our residence on Monday, Feb.20, 2012 promptly at 7a.m. and spent the best part of the morning removing the old shingles and beginning necessary repairs in a few areas which had leak issues. They returned the following two days on time, and worked steady, completing the job in its entirity. The owner discussed the job, contract and all necessities a few weeks prior. They were very professional and I am very satisfied with them.

Golf Coast was the best and they weren't the least expensive but they put a cap on what the cost would be where as others said it would be X dollars but it may be over that if it's additional labor. I don't like that because you never know what that is going to lead to so Gulf Coast roofing is who I would recommend.

Communicated very well, punctual, completed the job on time, kept property clean and reported the new wind mitigation to the Insurance company promptly and I recieved a reduction in my premium in less than a month. Highly recommend.

They came out quickly, and gave me a very good estimate. They were very nice on the phone. I would have used them as they had the best estimate and theirs was better than the bank estimate. But I lost the house. In the future if I need a new roof I will call them.

They did great work. They fixed the problem and were very easy to deal with.

It went well. The workers came at the time and date they were expected. They did the work in less time than we thought it would take. When they found an unexpected problem, it was explained to us and shown to us in a professional way. They explained what would be involved in the repair well. Then, after we OK'd the work they took care of the roof and replaced tiles in a quick manner.

Overall they did great! The person who came to give the estimate and who did the repair was very professional and did a great job! Hard workers. The only part that I didn't like too much is how they make appointments and the lady that answers their phones. She was ok, but could of been nicer. Also, they don't immediatly set an appointment. They call you just a couple of days before they are ready to come out. Again, I didn't mind the upfront process too much because the quality of the work was very good and for a good price. Plus the guys doing the work were awesome!

The estimated price was good. I liked their price. The whole community shopped around, and the reason I got a good price was because the whole community got a new roof. The roof was done right after the recession, so there weren't many construction jobs. I didn't do the shopping around, someone in the Home Owner's Association did all the work with them. I was satisfied with the work that was done. We also hired a roofing specialist that supervised their work, which was not related to the company, so we knew that things were done correctly. Overall, I think they did a good job, but I don't know what to compare them with or if it was because they were being watched by someone that knew what they should be doing. We had no problems, but we weren't dealing with them on a day-to-day basis. Their price was really good, which part of the reason may have been because it was a slower time in Naples and they got to do 26 homes at once. We shopped the job about prior to the community doing it, and we got quoted quite a bit more, almost double, even from the same company, so I don't know if it was the economy coupled with the big group sale, but the price was right. We paid separately for the expert to monitor their work. We were not here while the roof was being put on.

The workers were always polite, they cleaned up well, they covered up the driveway with wood boards so they would not tear up the cobblestone driveway. They used a magnetic sweeper to pick up all of the nails. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We received a very fair quote for the vent repair and on the recommendation of our realtor we used Gulf Coast. They did a great job replacing minimum tile and professionally handled. It looks like this vent has always been there. They did such a good job that I asked about adding the gutter and they also gave a very fair price and did a perfect job.

I liked them. They did a nice job. It was a minor job, but they still responded and did everything very well.
