Description of Work: I got a reasonable quote from Tom on July 31st for a small active leak repair to our roof. I accepted the quote on August 1st. I was told the repair would be done in 4 to 5 weeks from that point. Today is October 11th, and still no repair. I've called them several times. They always tell me the same thing: repair should be done within two weeks. I've quit calling.

Description of Work: Replaced shingled roof with 5-V metal roof. Crews worked quickly and non-stop. At the end of the project there was a two day rain-out and in order to complete the job workers came in on a Saturday to finish the work. All debris was cleaned up promptly. We were very pleased with the entire job.

Description of Work: The demolition crew arrived on time- 8:00AM and had to wait for the frost to dissapate. At around 8:45 the men started to remove the old roofing materials. They were a very experienced crew and proceded to remove and deposit the demo material in the trucks, with very little ending up on the ground or plantings I have around the house. After removing all of the old roofing they renailed the existing plywood every 5 inches to existing codes and replaced any rotted or damaged plywood. Next they rolled down selfsticking roofing material and new gutter facia. They did a real nice job and picked up every nail and demo material and were done by 4:00 pm. With the roof dryed in, the material for the new metal roof arrived the next morning in excellent condition, and ready for the men the next morning. They arrived about 9:30 am when the last of the frost had dissapated and started work right away.The two men had 80% of the roof completed by the end of the workday,and returned the next morning and completed the house and almost completed the garage by the end of the workday. The men returned on the next workday and completed the Garage and the following day the house was inspected by the county and passed inspection. Next week a wind midigation contractor will inspect my house and give us inspection reports to give my insurance agent to reduce my hurricane insurance. Yea!! Overall Gulf Coast Roofing Co. did a very good job for us, and we would reccomend them to our friends and family.

+ -1 moreOnce we were able to get Gulf Coast Roofing to the job they had the work done in about 3 days. It's hard to get contractors quickly since the hurricane. The work was done professionally and with good quality. Cleanup was also very good and I would recommend them to others even if the price was a little on the high side.
Description of Work: Gulf Coast Roofing removed the old roof and installed new asphalt shingles on our 3000 square foot home. The clean up and disposal were included with the job.

After seeing my problem they had my new roof completed in less than 4 days! They were FABULOUS and I would use them again. HONEST, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL!
