Description of Work: steam cleaned two bedrooms and two bathrooms of tile and sealed grout in same rooms. Tile looked great when they were done. I think it was a little pricy though. I paid $149 for 300 sq. ft. of tile as an Angie's Deal but since the area was a little over that number, I had to pay extra for the other areas and extra for the grout sealing (which I opted for).

+ -1 moreWe needed our carpets done and didn't have much time between listing our condo and our first Open House. This company was quick to respond, which was just what we needed. The gentleman who came suggested we upgrade our service, and was efficient. fHowever, some of the higher traffic areas did not come out as well as we would have liked. I don't know if this was because we waited too long to have the carpet shampooed, or if another vendor could have done a beter job.

+ 1 moreThey had me at the estimate! (It was lower than I expected.) The owner happened to be the one that did my work and the results were better than anticipated. Being big at "do it yourself" I had tried several different products to clean my grout which was getting dirtier by the day, especially in the kitchen. I wish I had used Follow the Sun a couple of years ago and saved myself the trouble. He came on time and even called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. He cleaned the master bedroom carpet first and then proceeded to the tile. He spent extra time trying to get the grout like new and almost accomplished it. There are a couple of places in the kitchen that just wouldn't come completely clean. Like I said, I waited too long to call in professional help...my fault, not theirs. I had them clean other areas that were not included in the estimate. After taking off the Angie's List discount, the price was still lower than the estimate. The carpet looks great too. It was damp to the touch when he left but quickly dried and was soft and clean. I'll be using them again.
Description of Work: Tile and grout were cleaned in kitchen, entry, dining room, hallway and part of great room. Carpet was cleaned in master bedroom and two walk-in closets.

+ 0 moreThe cleaner (I believe his name was Tony) was on time and gave me an estimate. I did not know if I was going to use Follow the Sun until after I was told how much it would cost. I liked the price and there was no pressure for the cleaning, but they were actually able to do it that day. Was very professional. Very happy with how clean the carpets look and was happy with how careful he was when cleaning (made sure no scratches left on my floor or dings to my walls). I did not even know you could steam clean a couch, but it looks great.
Description of Work: I had a living room, three bedrooms and 2 hallways steam cleaned. I had one couch steam cleaned. The tile in my kitchen was also cleaned.
