Did not hire. The rating is for price quoted. As is the case with so many service providers in Naples, this company’s prices are high. All I require is to have a second-hand upholstered sofa cleaned, the sofa is in excellent condition and looks new. The employee quoted $85-$90 but there’s a minimum of $125.00! Businesses in Naples if they don’t get you with a minimum they get you with a trip charge (such as the $75 trip charges quoted by various Naples locksmiths for simple residential work). I could have had this sofa dry cleaned back home for @$60. News to Naples providers: Not all Naples residents were born with a silver spoon in their mouths, not all Naples residents are wealthy.

Showed up on time, did a fine job, very professional. Will hire again.

Tony and a helper came on time, cleaned and sealed all of the tile and grout in 4 halls, 6 rooms, and the tile and grout in two showers. He was professional in his work and behavior and was delightful to talk with when he was finished. My husband and I are quite sure we will call this company again in the future...we recommend them whole-heartedly! Before he left, Tony gave us several tips on how to keep our floors and showers clean and sealed for as long as possible.

The owner came out on time, gave me an estimate of things I wanted done, which I thought was reasonable. However, things happened in my life and the thing got buried in a pile. By time I thought of it, the deadline was past, so I did not have the services performed. Mea culpa!

They called before arrival. Appointment made for 9-11 AM. They were here bey 9:30.

I am seeking a refund because of additional charges due to extra square footage.

We purchased an Angie's list coupon for this service. The coupon was for 300 sq ft of cleaning/sealing. The owner was very fair with estimate of the areas to be cleaned. The grout came out very clean! An area under a rug is not walked on, after the cleaning the cleaned grout looked as good as the area under the rug. Arrived on time and completed work in estimated time frame. We would definitely consider using them again.

We called for the estimate, Follow The Sun showed up within 24 hours of the call. They arrived on time. When it came time to do our tile and grout Follow The Sun moved and replaced all the furniture in the house for us. The grout and tile looks amazing, practically brand new. Absolutely would recommend Follow The Sun

The owner showed up on time. We went over all the work to be done and then he got started. He was very professional. He gave me several hints for caring for the tiles. The floors were pretty dirty. When he finished the tiles and grout looked new. He replaced all the furniture when he finished. He called us early the next morning to see if he could come back and help with laying the large area rug that had to be left rolled up for 24 hrs. Because he didn't want us hurting our backs. I cannot say enough good things about this company. He was professional, courteous and extremely polite. He did a fabulous job on my floors and I would recommend him to anyone!.

Tony was great! He arrived exactly on time, went to work and did an outstanding job! Our kitchen floor really needed the cleaning and now it looks like brand new tile. We are going to schedule "Follow the Sun Carpet & Tile Cleaning" to come back and do the rest of the house. Thank you for recommending this company. They are terrific! He even shared information on the best cleaning method for our tile!

Tony was a nice person. However, several pitfalls. I was told that being on well water to clean tiles with vinegar and water as needed, as well water may cause build up on tiles. I saw puddles on some of the tiles and asked if I should wipe off the excess water. I was told to leave it to soak in. Guess what, those tiles were water stained. I used suggested vinegar and water and cleaned stained tiles. Reason being is that my floors prior to company cleaning them were shiny and no film so one could glide across with socks on. Now, the floors feel gritty and we can see the film on them. I had a professional come in to see my floors after company was here. I was told that sealer should last 3 years by Tony, and other professional said his grout lines are 6 years sealed and still the sealer hasn't worn off. He looked at my tiles and said the grout was not sealed which I had suspected. There is no shine and no sealer as promised in the Ad. Easy to spot no sealer, as stained grout is still present. I took a cleaning agent as suggested by professional and cleaned one grouted area and then vinegar and water on surrounding tile to test. That one tile and grout is sparkling clean. Professional told me that if the floors were sealed by this company, I wouldn't have been able to clean through the sealer to the dirty grout so quickly and easily. Now I am going back to where I started, on my hands and knees, cleaning one tile at a time. Each one I do, the tile shines and one can glide again without sticky feeling on floor. Lastly, my tiles abut hardwood floors. The companies cleaning machine sprayed cleaner on my wooden floors. Tony did wipe them with a towel. He said the product used wouldn't hurt the wood. But, the floors became stained and I went to hard wood flooring company for that solution. They are fine again. Unfortunately, I liked how Tony presented himself and felt confident with him. Unfortunately, the results were worse than when he arrived and I am back to square one. I shouldn't have to crawl on hands and knees to clean my floors after a company has supposedly done so.

They claimed to service Lee and Collier Counties. However,when they contacted me,they told me that they didn't service Sanibel, but would make an exception if I had over 300' of tile to clean.I didn't have that much. They wished me good luck and hung up. I wouldn't have purchased the deal in the first place had I known that Sanibel was excluded. In fact,I'm getting sick of Sanibel being excluded or stuck with huge service charges because I live here.

Tony did an amazing cleaning job. There is a dramatic improvement that I did not think was possible. After my many attempts to clean the grout , much to my dismay, it remained heavily soiled.
