Description of Work: Had a bad motor in our condo AC unit, called Conditioned Air and they had a service technican at our place in about two hours. Joe, our service tech, determined problem and was able to get a replacement motor delivered and had unit back up and running. Joe also had folks in the office research unit and determined that the cost of the motor was covered under the manufactures warranty and we only paid for labor and service call. Good people to work with.

Description of Work: Requested an estimate approximately a week. Representative was very professional and knowledgable. He made suggestions which he as a mechanical engineer he believed would improve our system. The installation team was very efficient and very neat and clean. Description of Work: I had a central air conditioning unit stop working. I called this company and they responded within 5 hours. The technician said it had a faulty circuit breaker between the power supply and the fan motor. He said he didn't have one on his truck, he'd order one. He charged me $99 for the service call and diagnostics. He returned three days later and installed the breaker and charged me another $126. I told him it was absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay $225 to have a circuit breaker replaced. I also called his office and told them the same thing. I will never use this company again.

Description of Work: i was having service trouble with my AC unit. the tech came out and assured me that all i needed was a six month service. he sold me a service contract. after the initial service was complete, i was told that everything looked good and i should have no problems. within six weeks of the service, my system stopped cooling completely. i was yold this was "my problem" and not covered under the service agreement. after doing much research, i went with a different AC provider. their person came out and pointed out many things that were wrong with the system, including MOLD that was growing on the walls and had NOT been there before. i was/am very dissapointed with conditioned air and will never use or recommend them to anyone. btw, i am president of a large HOA and often give recommendations to our members.
