Have owned several homes and never dealt with a company this bad We had them install a new AC unit 8 months ago, they have been out 3 times to fix, as it isn’t working. They are asking for $900 to come out - stay away from this company

They were great, they have a very good service. We were actually past due on our maintenance but they still provided good quality service on our unit.

The technician was thorough and even called me two days later to check that what he had done had improved the functioning of my ac. It hadn't but that was because when we went into the attic a few days later we discovered our usual service company had sabotaged the unit to encourage us to buy a new ac and air handler.

Fine. They are very expensive. If you want prompt, solid service and are not price sensitive they are a good option. But if you have the time to shop around and line up a competent alternative that understands your system I would do that.

We have only had good experiences as far as service quality and customer service. They are very expensive.

Price was a little on the expensive side. They did a good job. I think the professionalism is what stood out with me. They were different from other AC companies

Well. There was a drain problem and a switch had stopped the system.

Fabulous work done. Upgraded from single stage Lennox to two stage Carrier.

Went well. Only complaint is they saw we have a set back thermostat, They included a new thermostat , but at installation it was a basic and not programmable. Still using my old one.

Happy with them. I don't know, it was a brand new house. I bought the house, and it was working well. They are good. Very good. I think they are competitive, haven't compared prices. I am happy with the work they have done. Excellent. They are always on time. I contract with them on a yearly basis. They are very good about explaining, and I am an engineer, and I like the specifically, what and how they keep track of the performance of the unit. They keep data that they can compare how the unit is working, as time goes on. So, when they come in, they will compare the figures, as to how the conditioning unit is working specifically. I like that, and I appreciate that, and they give me that data too.

It was a brand new house. So they just were taking over maintenance of our systems.

Sales rep (David) was knowledgeable and explained the systems and options offering rebates and discounts on the new Lennox Systems. Job went smoothly and was all done in one day. Old equipment was removed, floors were protected, job site was cleaned. Two crews were sent (4 technicians) to ensure it was all done 8:30-4:30. Professional service, providing a folder for all information, instructions, permits/inspections etc. Also trained by the technician on how to use the system (very simple). Customer satisfaction is high on the priority list.

Some of the filters are hard to get to, but they seem to figure it out. Their prices are fair and their work is good.

They can work on being more accurate in their scheduling and their ordering of service parts.

I have been using Conditioned air since 2010. I maintain a yearly contract with them which provides me with two maintenance calls a year. As always they were right on time. The technician took time to cover his shoes to protect my floors. He was friendly knowledgeable and clean,leaving everything as he found it. During the inspection, the technician advised me that my capacitor was weak and may have to be replaced in the near future. After a short discussion about the capacitor's role in the operation of air conditioner unit, I decided to have it replaced right away. Within ten minutes the job was done. I was comfortable with the technician's evaluation of the capacitor because in the seven years that Conditioned Air has been taking care of me they have never pressured me to replace any parts.

They're timely, they seem competent. They've always delivered on their service. I never had a problem. One time I had a fuse go out and they were out here within a day. They have a fast response time.

They were responsive. They were very careful, they wore booties on their shoes when they came into the house. They were kind enough to explain to me what the problem was with the unit.

Great work. Reliable, dependable & will use them again and again.
