When we moved in, they were very helpful in showing us how the thermostat keypad control worked, and where all of the mechanics in the attic were. They were very instructive.

Technician showed up on time and performed the maintenance scheduled checking out my airconditioning unit. He explained my questions and was polite and informative.

They've been really good. I'm sure they're competitive on pricing. They provide very, very quick response. They're polite, they put those things over their shoes so they don't track in dirt as they go in and out. They're good. It's just a matter of who they send. Sometimes you get a guy that is really great and friendly and tells you a lot and sometimes you get somebody that is quite and you ask them questions and they're less responsive. I think men don't care what the personality is, as long as they get the job done, but I think women tend to like somebody that is easy to ask questions.

Our AC broke down sometime Saturday midnight in one of the hottest days in August and I noticed it early morning around 6 AM. I googled couple of names and looked at Angie's list too and decided to call Conditioned Air based on the ratings and reviews. I called the listed number around 7.30 AM and the response service agent told me that someone will reach out to me within 30-45 mins. I received call from Mike from Conditioned air around 8 or so and he promptly took my contact info and gave me the service charge info for coming out and diagnose the issue. Mike gave me an ETA of 10.30 AM for service tech to arrive. I was out of home during that time but my wife informed me that tech arrived at that time and started looking into issue. Luciano, the AC tech was in the middle of fixing the issue when I reached home around 11 AM from my morning appointment. He explained the issue in great detail and explained what he has done so far to correct the problem. He also advised without any pressure to contact the office for annual maintenance so preventive maintenance can be take care of. Luciano was very professional and friendly. He left the job site neat and tidy after his work. The issue was resolved and at a very reasonable charges on a Sunday morning in one of the hottest day of the month. I am very happy with the service provided and recommend Conditioned Air to anyone looking for a reliable and prompt service in SW Florida.

We chose another company who offered better product for less money

I have used them for quite a long time in my other home and in this home. There was issue about price on something then at one point. Somebody quoted me one price and then one technician came and it was another price. I called and talked to the head guy and he was very fair. Anytime there is an issue at all, they are very good as far as I am concerned with customer service. I have had very good luck with everything they have done. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They come every six months. The cost is $185 for two maintenance services like that. It is $85 every time they come out. They are good. I have used them for several years.

Our a/c started to fail the week before the July 4th holiday. Our present a/c company (Mabry Bros) sent a tech out to recharge our unit. I asked for a quote to replace it. No reply. I phoned and was told that the rep took an extended holiday and would call after the holiday. I consulted Angie's List and called Conditioned Air. Dave Montejeunes came out to evaluate our needs. We settled on a top line Lenox system. The price was very competitive. I arranged to have the unit installed in a couple weeks, since we were vacationing until then. The nett day (Saturday) the unit failed. I called Dave at home to see if I could move up the installation until July 5th. No problem. He also sent a tech out Saturday night to recharge the old unit to get us through the holiday. July 5th the new unit was installed in a very professional manner. Conditioned Air is now our a/c provider for this and our other two u its. Total pros who put customer service first.

I would recommend them because they are very prompt and they are guys that are clean and nice. They do their jobs very well, I just think they had a pricing issue that didn't work for me.

Called on a Saturday morning to have someone from company come out and give me a quote on a new AC unit and some ductwork engineering. Lady who answered the phone said that a tech couldn't call until Monday morning before noon. I said that's fine, gave them my phone number and assumed they would call. No one called nor followed up now after 3 weeks. Really lowered my expectations of Theo Etsel's TV ads running daily!

Terrific! Responded to a late night "emergency" call by 7:15AM the next morning. On time. Service professionals really take their time to do the job correctly. They are not rushed, nor do they "push" any products on you. Best service experiences we've had in Naples!

Orlando is very professional and gives me good tips. He is very friendly and very pleasant. I have used them for three years now and they are just wonderful.

Conditioned Air came in and replaced the unit. We were replacing the unit because our son has severe allergies (he takes medication for them). We explained to the technician that we needed to use 3M air filters due to our son's allergies. Upon completion of the installation, we asked the technician which filter we needed so that we could go purchase a new one, and the filter they said we had to use did not exist. The air handler was not put on a stand that would accept the standard air filter they said the unit required. They came back and tore the entire air handler apart, and they put the stand on that would accept a regular air filter. It never worked well after that, and trust me, there was a lot of back and forth. We were also promised a reduction in our FPL bill, and our bill has actually increased substantially! A month ago, we hired a new air conditioning contractor, but he didn't have the key to the locks that Conditioned Air had put on, and at this point the A/C unit was hardly working at all. Conditioned Air sent a man out who knew the entire story who had the key, he said there would be no charge, and that he would add freon. He would come back the following morning to find out why the system was leaking. The next day a new gentleman shows up, to our surprise, and he tells us that he read the gentleman from yesterday's notes, and he did not add freon. He said he would fix it, that he was an expert. He then told us we need to replace the coil, which would be $1000. He took parts of the A/C unit out of the house, and those locks on the exterior A/C, well, they are gone. We received a bill from them for $339, and a quote of $940 to replace the coil. Now that the locks are gone, we plan to hire a new contractor that we can have some faith in. This is not the Conditioned Air from 10 years ago. This entire experience has been a nightmare for my whole family.

I was having problems with the original builders A/C unit circa 2008. Unit was beginning to fail and rather than piecemeal and continue fixing the old unit had a new one installed. This was all done remotely with my home watch individual and Chris from Conditioned Air. Chris had three recommendations, of which I went with the middle one. Conditioned Air handled everything and we are up a running once again. Hopefully I won't have any issues for several years. Thanks to Theo & Chris for a great job.

Everything was great. The technician showed on time, did an excellent job, and provided a lot of helpful information without trying to upsell me.

They are very good. They were great. I didn't have dislikes. They call you, they showed up when they are supposed to.

They replaced one thing, and then said that there was still a leak. They replaced a second part, and it was still leaking. It took about four days, and they got it working again. I have had no problems since.

They do not try to sell you things you don?t need. They are very trustworthy. I think they are a little higher than the other companies but it's worth it.

We were having trouble with our AC system and called Conditioned Air to come and take a look. There was a $99 diagnostic/service call fee, which I agreed to. This is the reason for the "C" grade on the price - it wasn't bad, it wasn't good, but it was a fair price. The service technician arrived ahead of schedule, and only took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. He gave me a quote to fix the problem, as well as a 2 week time frame to get the parts in. We did not go ahead with the repair as the system was a "contractor" AC system and at the end of it's useful economic life. We ended up replacing the system with another company.

They did a really good job with the service. I also have a yearly maintenance contract with them.
