Contacted company and was told price was $89 for visit and additional costs for any repairs or parts. I was given a 4 hour window for repairman to come to condo. Repairman came on time. He was very professional and examined the furnace. He determined that the problem was the thermostat in that the fan did not come on when the heat was on. He told be a work around to get the furnace to work. He was not familiar with the type of thermostat (Honeywell) so was not able to fix it but did offer to sell me a new one (about $250). He advised me to contact Honeywell's customer service number. When presented with bill the cost was $89 plus $10 for "miscellaneous supplies". I asked what "miscellaneous supplies" he had used and he told me that the company instructs all their service people to add this to the bill. I told him this was a "pack" and I didn't appreciate being mislead. He told me he has no choice but to add the $10 too all bills. I am not happy with being lied to so even though the repairman was good I downgrade the company for its fraudulent practices. I wonder if this behavior would extend to "packing" other services and inflating the price of repairs so I suggest using another service. By the way, I contacted Honeywell and had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. Should have called them first and saved $100.

They are very professional and very neat. They are in and out quickly. They come when they say they are going to come. They call to remind me. Their price is not the cheapest, but they are reliable.

Not very timely in adressing my needs for a new system when it was completely out in 90 + degree temperatures.

Drip pan was incorrectly installed but they promptly fixed it and we took a service contract so that they will change filters and check system twice a year.

I had to call several times to get estimate, but it was well done. Unfortunately, the price was $1,000 higher than another firm. I have used them for service for my old unit for years, and was always pleased with that aspect.

The service was performed in a seven year old home that I recently purchased. The AC/Heat system was filthy. Filter had not been changed in what looked like years. Senior Technician Michael Crafts installed state of the art set back thermostat at my request. Michael then did a total inspection and cleaning of system inside and out. System had not been maintained or cleaned ever. Michael spent over three hours testing electrical, connections, and pressure readings. Thorough cleaning of outside condenser coils and most importantly spent a large portion of the time cleaning the coil inside the house. I bought the plan 1 maintenance agreement and it paid for itself on this one call. Most positive service experience I have received in many years thanks to Michael?s knowledge and professionalism.

Simply amazing what Chris was able to achieve. We didn't want to buy a new AC system. Our unit still has a couple of years to go before we replace it but we just were not happy with the lack of AC in some rooms. In fact one room was simply unbearable. Chris form Conditioned Air's repair unit came out to see us and we are sure glad he did. He looked and listed to the unit inside and out, climbed in the attic in the heat of summer, leaving no spot unchecked. He then to our amazement said "I know exactly what your problem is and how to correct it." Seems he is an expert on air flow and has seen numerous homes that were not planned well. Our house was built in the 80s and the duct work although in good condition was never planned out properly and the lack of room returns exacerbated our air flow problem and kept our AC unit working harder and harder with little AC to show for it. Chris proposed a plan to install new returns in rooms without them, modify the badly designed duct work to correct flow problems, install a door to clean the air handler, outfit our house with new grille vents and set us properly for an new AC unit when we were ready for one. His crew showed up on time, lined the floors with plastic and went to work. Chris made a point of coming by to check on the progress reassure us that all was going as planned. And what a plan. When his crew finished they took us on a tour of our newly remade AC air flow system. "Better and beyond our expectations" is all we can say. Chris and crew and Conditioned air will make you happy and they won't leave until you are satisfied. Chris listened to our concerns, answered every question and planned a solution that addressed our needs exactly. Money well spent on good design and great work! There are a lot of AC contractors out there. Only a couple we would count on. We highly recommend Chris and Conditioned Air as one of the best.

They answered the phone. They came out promptly. They were very nice and professional. They were instructive, as they talked to me and told me about the work. I liked them and I was pleased with them.

We've had problems with it. We have a 10 SEER, contract grade. When it was installed it lost a lot of freon. After 3 or 4 attempts it was pinpointed. Mean while the freon had to be taken out, captured, and put back. Each time this takes place the freon has oil to lubricate the moving parts. This caused an abundance of oil from multiple attempts. At one point the system clogged up from the repetitive charges and discharges. They had to add an extra filtration of some kind. We store a lot of items in here, so reliability was very important. I felt like the unit should have been replaced with the large number of problems we had. It seemed like it had 10 to 12 years of service in the first year of having it. Multiple services caused extra wear to the unit. Since some of these sheet metal screws that have been taken out many times I have had to replace as the originals had rusted. The holes where they go became enlarged.

We called Conditioned Air for a second estimate over the phone after getting a quote of $686 to repair our A/C unit in our condo. (we hired both contractors from Wisconsin, as we rent out our unit this time of year, and have a tenant there now). The first company out said it needed 2 parts, so before authorizing the repair, we got an estimate for the parts & labor over the phone from Conditioned Air. Given their price was 1/2 of the other company, we told the other company tech to leave, paid the service call charge, and scheduled Conditioned Air to make the repair. The tech called when he was on his way, and was able to make the repair within an hour. He said the second part was not needed, & thus saved us even more $$. He also discovered the main 240 wire to the A/C in the outside A/C box was loose/disconnected (likely by the other service technician) and left that way would've been a fire hazard. We would ONLY call Conditioned Air in the future for any A/C or heating needs. Honest no nonense company you can trust!

Our initial call was for repair and they came quickly. Since our system was old, we requested a quote for a new system and the sales person also responded quickly. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive system. We elected to go for a higher end model to save on energy costs. For installation, they came on time and worked all day. They were courteous and considerate. They did all of the paperwork for our rebates. The day was extremely hot and they were in a 120 degree attic most of the time, but they worked consistently without complaint.
