They were very prompt. They kept me advised on all their activities. They cleaned up after themselves. They took their shoes off before coming into the house. They were very technically competent. I was very pleased with their work. They were very reliable and competent. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

The entire appointment was a pleasure. Sam pointed out the parts of my ac, and what they did. He also gave me great advice on how to maintain my system by routinely checking certain things. He was on time, and left the area spotless. I am very pleased with the price of the yearly maintenance agreement, I feel that I got more than my money's worth. A+++++ all the way!

I checked on a number of air conditioning companies working in my community and I heard from them and visited their office site. I saw that they had a large training room where they train their technicians, and that they had a very professional operation all the way through from the salesperson and engineer to the actual work that was done. I have an annual contract with them for two 6-month checkups.

Some problems with the installation occurred as well as some failures after installation. These were followed up on very quickly by Tony in their service department. He was very professional and always followed through on everything he said he was going to do. Overall a very good experience and I have recommended them, to others.

I am from Pennsylvania and only come to Florida for the winter months. Knowing that less than reputable companies unfortunately do exist, finding a reliable one was my first task. I asked neighbors and friends to get opinions but finally decided to join Angie’s List. It was here that I found many recommendations for Conditioned Air and noticed that the owner takes the time to respond to most, if not all, of the postings. So I contacted this company to provide an estimate. I met with Chris who took the time to give answers to all of my questions and provided me with the requested quotes. After securing quotes from four different companies, I decided to use Conditioned Air. While their price was similar with others, I felt that something else set Conditioned Air apart ---and I certainly was not disappointed!!! Since the quality of an installation is the most important part of any replacement, I was really worried about finding a company to perform the work correctly and without cutting corners. Carlos and Israel worked the entire day without a break or without lunch. They were personable and seemed very skilled in their job. I appreciated very much them taking time to explain answers to all of my questions. The installation went along without a hitch and all seems to be working as expected. The house was left very clean. But something else also caught my attention---everyone from this company spoke very highly of Conditioned Air and I did not get the sense this was done out of “duty” to speak the "company line" but rather felt that everyone was very sincere in their praise of the company for which they work. I thought this to be quite remarkable. Without question, I will use this company for maintenance, recommend it to others, and of course make this positive entry on Angie’s List so that I may help others make the same daunting decision.

We found Conditioned Air on Angie's List and compared them to other service providers in the area. We had a company that we had been using for routine air conditioning check-ups and maintenance, but when inspected our unit they were going to charge us for things that didn't need to be repaired or replaced and claimed they had done work that they hadn't done. We wanted a second opinion and called Conditioned Air. The service technician from Conditioned Air assured us we did not have any problems with our unit and that all parts were in working condition, so we contracted them to provide check-ups on our unit.

Service person was knowledgeable and professional. He found a serious problem and fixed it immediately. I purchased the annual service contract which included the price of this service call. I feel that it was well worth the price and would recommend Conditioned Air Inc very highly. Am also planning to have a uv air system installed in the future, which James did a good job explaining the benetits to me.

It is great. They show up when they are scheduled, they are very professional and we bought a new house that we didn't know exactly what to expect. We had used their service before so that's why we called them. They explained what heating and cooling system we had, what filters we had so it was very thorough and very professional.

Very good experience. My biggest complement is that I had another company that told me things that were vastly incorrect and this company did not. They fixed what "Florida Cool" did not do.

Our short-term rental condo's air conditioning system stopped. We called Conditioned Air because we had a maintenance contract with them in our condo we just sold. We obtained permission from the owner of this unit to call for service and repair. The system failed late on Labor Day, so we called the next morning and Conditioned Air sent someone that day to repair the unit. Robert Braun arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything well and repaired a unit that had never been serviced or cleaned. We also were offered a maintenance contract for a year; the price was very reasonable. The service call was $99.00, and the contract was 160.00. We are moving to a new home in a month and we plan to use Conditioned Air. They deserve an A.

I had 3 quotes for A/C replacement of two units, as I have one unit for upstairs and one for down. Over the past year, the upstairs heat and air had to be fixed. Rob at Conditioned Air was very thorough in is evaluation of my units, my house, my ductwork and listened to concerns. When I called to go ahead with the purchase, my upstairs unit was out again. They sent someone over within the day to try to get it going over the weekend so I had air until the units could be installed the following Tuesday. That helped, and when the installers came, they were neat, professional, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The only complaints I have aren't big. There was a trellis built on one side of the outside A/C platform that they removed when putting in the new units, and left leaning against a tree in my side yard rather than reinstalling. There was a little bit of insulation on the floor near the attic access and some tracked onto the hallway carpet as well as a small ding on my stairwell wall/paint. The new control panels for the A/C were not programmed and I had to figure that out - I would have liked to have a sample program loaded up. The units seem to be performing well. The humidity in the house has definately dropped and the problem areas are much cooler. I will be calling them, however, to double check the air flow as the guest bedroom seems warm and I opened all the registers wide open. Additionally, the downstairs air flow seems a bit loud in the main living space and I'm not sure what's up with that. Overall, I am very pleased. Things went smoothly, as scheduled, everyone was polite and professional and I feel comfortable now that I won't have to worry if the heat or air works.

Called Conditioned Air after I was told I needed a new AC system by another company. I wanted a second opinion, so I called on a Friday evening at 6 PM and had a Conditioned Air tech at my house by 9 AM the next morning to perform a check up and tune up. Mike Taylor was very professional from the moment he came to the door. Before even walking into the house, he covered his shoes with "booties" to make sure he didn;t soil the carpeting! Mike took great care in the analysis of my AC system, explained everything he did step by step, and performed a thorough tune up and cleaning. I did NOT need a new AC system. I would definitely use Conditioned Air again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. They will be retunring in six months to check freon levels. Mike Taylor should be commended for his excellent performance.

A/C/ went out at 3:00 a.m. I called another company that I had service contract with, they did not call be back until 3:00 pm the next day. Conditioned Air was there within 45 mins of me calling. Professional and pleasant inthe middle of the night. I will switch my ontract to them.

I have a contract with them. I don’t pay them when they come. They come out four to six times a year and so I don’t pay them each time. They are very professional and very neat. They are very punctual. They wear booties. They are very respectful of whom they are dealing with. They do not take tips. I will use their services again in the future.

Trust them they know what they are doing. We have them on an annual contract for service for both condo's we have here in Lexington CC.

They were professional, friendly and courteous. They did not leave a mess to clean up.

It's an old Fort Myers company. They do a terrific job. We have a service contract so we didn't spend anything. I don't have any dislike for them but what I do like is they send out people who know what they are doing. They get here on time when they say they are going to be here. They go about the work and get it done. I'm very pleased with them and we've been using them for a year.

Conditioned Air did everything they could to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I would not, however, give good marks to Trane Customer Service and Support, which was sadly deficient.

They were very professional and I was happy with their service. The prices were pretty reasonable. They fixed the problem on the spot and suggested that I go with a twice yearly maintenance program. I am planning to do this. The technician showed me the problem and I felt confident because he showed me his work and what he was doing. He kind of educated me about air conditioning and the importance of maintenance. They are a great company and I will recommend them. They exceeded my expectations. I will use them again in the future.

They are absolutely fabulous. They have some of the genuinely nicest service people I have run across from any company down here. Their technicians are on time and frequently early. When they tell me they will be here at 8:00, it isn't uncommon for them to show up at 7:45. They replaced my air conditioning system in 2001 or 2002. I've had a contract with them ever since.

We purchased a condo in Naples this summer and needed to have a maintenance check on the HVAC system. We contacted this company because they're Angie's list members. We contacted them via e-mail. They responded very quickly and a date was set. The technician Daniel Doe arrived at the said time. He was very pleasant and informative. He performed a very detailed check on the system. It included and not limited to changing filters, flushing drain lines, cleaning coils and testing pressures. He explained all that he did. We signed up for a twice yearly service. We were very satisfied with the experience.
