I purchased two new A/C units with Complete Air. The price was very good but the installation was also great; on time and very professional. I am also on a service plan with Complete Air as I know how important it is to keep the units working well especially in Florida. During a check up, Scott found a problem with one of the units. He told me about the issue but quickly told me everything is under warranty so no cost to me. He took care of issue as promised. Complete Air is one of the rare companies who give great prices and take care of the installed equipment but more importantly take care of their customers. Highly recommended.

Scott is awesome! He arrived right on time and worked quickly but efficiently. I have been using his services for the past few years and will never use anyone other then him going forward! He is honest and doesn’t try to sell you on things you do not need. Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry!

Scott (Complete Care Air) was referred by an associate and highly recommended. Scott came over to our house and gave us his background and history in the industry. He spent as much time as we needed answering every question we had regarding his products and services and describing several alternatives as solutions to our AC issues. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he was not interested in signing us up for some expensive service arrangement. Scott gave us a price quote on a couple of units that interested us and the pricing was excellent vs. some of the bigger name firms in the area. Once we agreed to the purchase of the new units, Scott outlined the next few steps and was right on the mark in terms of delivery and installation. Scott asked for nothing upfront and we settled the bill once the job was completed. The installation went smoothly and easily passed the county inspection. I will also point out that Scott thoroughly cleaned up after the installation of the two units and was meticulous with his work. I would highly recommend Scott and Complete Care Air if you are in need of a new system.

Scott presented a succinct description of my options for a new air conditioner, basing it on quality of various models and my money's worth depending on how I use the machine. Upon a bi-annual inspection discovery of a broken part, he patiently explained the function and problem with the part. When they came to give us an estimate for a new AC unit, they went that extra mile in helping us choose the best option for functionality and price that fit our budget. They took the time to make sure our old unit would last until the new unit was installed. In less than a week, the new unit was installed and we couldn't be happier! Great customer service!

My first contact with Scott came about after I had experience with another company giving me an estimate of $1600 for a repair for my air conditioner. Scott looked at it & said it needed a good cleaning & a small part needed replacing & gave me a bill for $175! He has been maintaining my unit for the last 2 yrs & I have been very happy. He is now also maintaining several of my friends units as well. He is very honest & takes pride in doing a good job. I highly recommend him!
