Very honest company! This company is very respectful, personable and the most important is honest!

We get to our house after being away for a while and 2 units are down. Our usual large company place we used had an answering service in Cleveland... Could not give us any information and we were looking at over 90 degrees in the house. i read up on a few ac repairmen and Complete Care came up with dozens of 5 star ratings.. I called and they said they could be there by 7pm... I went with it and i could not have been more pleased. He was thorough, pleasant and informative He was able to get one going after finding a plugged drain and the other the next day with a new motor. He has a midwestern mentality do what you say you will do at a fair price... As you can see I am not the only happy customer

We called Scott from Complete Care Air in the evening and he sent someone to the house immediately. He found both units had clogged drain lines and flushed both machines. The system is now working fine. We have used this company in the past and they are very professional and the price is always reasonable.

Originally had systems installed. Price was great. Work was professional. On time for maintenance and very reasonably priced. No pressure to buy upgrades or long term packages.

Scott is wonderful, I first started using complete care with the purchase of my condo. I knew nothing about my A/C unit and wanted to get a full workup. He helped me through the original appointment to get everything on track and cleaned and since then has done all necessary "check ups" to make sure I am getting optimal use of my unit for the best quality air in my home.

Scott was excellent he was thorough and fast and explained our issues. All issues were resolved the first time. Scott met all his commitments. After using others who were terrible I would highly recommend Scott to others.

Great as always. Fixed in short order. Always prompt, great personality, neat work.

Scott found a coolant leak and used his experience and knowledge to get the machine back in service. He advised us that his "fix" may or may not work and that the air handler may need to be replaced if it didn't solve the problem. So far so good. We'll see how it works during the next cooling season.

I am able to offer my highest praise and recommendation for Scott Laatsch and Complete Care Air. I met Scott a couple of years ago, at a time when I had made the rounds with our area’s major AC companies. I was feeling under-served and taken advantage of. I interviewed Scott on the phone. I was impressed with his attention to customer needs. I have been with Scott for two or three years now. He has helped me extend the life of an aged system, and later he installed a new system that is awesome. While I cannot comment about pricing, I think it is fine. What pleases me is that Scott is HONEST and RELIABLE. I treasure that in a person who helps me in areas where I am not an expert.

Wonderful! Scott is the best! He is punctual, honest,and knows all of the ins and outs of the heating and air conditioning business. He has also repaired our refrigerator and replaced our hot water heater. I can’t say enough good things about him!!

We purchased our replacement AC units through Complete Car Air. The price was very good but more important I knew that Scott would do the work and not someone else I didn’t know.
