Initially I opted to trial freon. This failed pretty rapidly. At that point they took the money that I paid toward the freon and put it toward a new unit. They were very prompt and professional with their service.. They answered all my questions. I plan to use them for any future work.

Scott was always on time and very professional. He also gives all options and never pressures your decisions. He helped us nurse along a 15 year old AC unit for a few years before we finally decided to have it replaced along with the whole heating part also. I would recommend Scott for any of your system needs.

Like any new unit installed in a house that is pushing 20 yrs, there are ductwork, insulation, electrical issues that need to be dealt with and Scott approached each one methodically. Couldn’t be any happier w the work done. 5 ton Trane ( variable).
