They were on time for the bid and showed up exactly on time for the job. The crew was very professional, quick and cleaned everything when finished. Would highly recommend. The price was fair and we could not be happier.

Called several slider repair companies after we discovered doors didn't lock after purchasing home. First slider company didn't have any opening until 2 weeks, asked if they knew were I could get parts for the doors. They only sold parts with there service. Next we called All About Sliders they were concerned that we couldn't lock our doors and the owner said he would be there in 45 minutes. Tom and his wife were there 45 minutes later and repaired ALL our doors and even told us that we could get door latches at Home Depot but they weren't as good of a product as they sold. Both companies are on Angies list. ALL ABOUT SLIDERS are Awesome, Happy with their work and they even gave me a fer money saving pointers

Excellent service and a very good job by the Company. Sliders roll great, workers were friendly, quick and on time. In addition, the manager made a separate trip earlier to put a 12-foot slider door back on the track for me, at no charge. These people know what they are doing and they do it well.

The doors were coming off the tracks and very difficult to move and now they can be opened with one finger! My husband and I purchased this home recently and are from out-of-state so finding someone like Tom was wonderful. We really appreciate him and his staff and Angies List!

Repair done promptly and efficiently. Door now slides open with minimal effort.

All the rollers on 10 sliding doors were replaced and the grids cleaned out. The whole job was done very efficiently and quickly. We are so pleased that the sliding doors open and close so easily. The rollers were replaced with rollers which are of better quality than the original rollers and should last for many years. The difference is amazing. We definitely recommend this company.

The provider came right on time. Looked over the job and gave me a price. I agreed and in less than 30 minutes, the sliders were able to stack in the direction I requested. The provider was courteous, efficient and very reasonable in price. I would use this provider again and I do recommend this provider.

Our slider was sticking and very hard to open and close. After looking at the reviews on Angie's list we chose to go with All about Sliders. They were really nice and came out when we scheduled. The rollers were replaced on the one and they also checked our other slider and waxed the tracks. We were told that due to the new rollers and adjustments the slider would squeak for a few days but that would go away with time. We noticed a couple of days after that when we went to close the slider (which was fantastic on the ease to move now), that sometimes it would roll open. We thought we would wait a couple of weeks to see if it 'settled'. After a couple of weeks we couldn't take it any longer and called them our to adjust the slider. On the day/time they did not show up when scheduled. I called and left a message. Within 10 minutes I got a call back with an apology that one of their trucks had broken down and they would be out in the afternoon. That was fine, but I would have preferred that they had called to tell me. When they arrived, they said it just needed an adjustment. I work from home so went into my office while they fixed it. All of a sudden I started hearing prices being discussed with my husband. I came out to ask what it was for and told that the track was worn and that even though it was re-adjusted, it might still roll open. The guy told us they could install a steel 'snap track' on the old track which would fix that. He said since they had already been here that they would only charge us $65 service charge + $49 for the track. At this point we just said fine, fix it. I went back to my office. Next thing I know they are done and I came back out. I noticed the check I had left out to pay them with was still there and asked my husband about it. He told me that when the guy went out to the truck to get the part he spoke with the other guy and they decided not to charge us. We were totally surprised that they did not charge us. Afterward I mentioned I thought it was wrong they were going to charge us a service charge again, since they were already out to repair the door and was more than ok to pay for the part, but I didn't want to argue and just wanted it fixed. We would have gladly paid for the part if they had asked, but it was nice that instead they wanted to make us happy. If anyone else needs their slider repaired we will gladly recommend them!! AND we will use them again if needed :)

I called another company first and was told it would be close to two weeks before they could come to my condo to give me an estimate. I then called here and they came the next day.....and in the time frame they said they would. The price quoted was exceptionally reasonable and they gave a full explanation of all the work to be done and why it needed to be done. The work was done in an efficient manner and clean and neat at all times. The price was right, the service was great and the job done extremely well........If i need work done on the other doors....I'm calling All About Sliders!

They were nice and professional guys. They came in and after I explained the problems a very reasonable price was given. They worked quickly and efficiently and went above just replacing new rollers and fixing glass that had moved out of place of the door frame. When they left my door not only was a piece of cake to move but they now aligned correctly not leaving any gap for my cool air to escape. I would definitely recommend them!

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They wore marked uniforms and arrived in a marked truck. They were courteous and cleaned up properly. I thought I was going to have to purchase new rollers, but they informed me that the rollers were fine and there was no need to make that expenditure when the problem could be solved by lubrication and adjustment, a significantly less expensive option. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and told us to call them back if any problems arose.

They guys were good. It was two of them and they were on time. They did what they said they would do.

Hired this company to replace rollers on two sliders, a total of five panels. They were the only one of three companies I called that actually came out in person and estimated the job. That sold me, along with the two nice young men who bid the job. They arrived at the scheduled time, cleaned the tracks and replaced the rollers. The result was remarkable, and the doors now slide effortlessly. After they left, I noticed two of the panels were set a bit high, as light was visible through the bottom of those sections. They came back the next day and quickly adjusted each panel to my satisfaction. Great job, overall...a one year warranty on parts and labor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Went online and hired them through Angies List website by setting up my appointment online . Tony arrived on time to our house. Tony very accommodating and professional by fixing the problems we had with the slider by replacing the rollers, attempting to fix one lock by adjusting it and fixing the second lock. He had to leave the site to go buy a screen door shock adapter and returned promptly. With our Angies list 10% off coupon the visit was $158 which we felt very reasonable considering Tony had to leave and purchase the screen adapter for us.. He had us make sure all the doors were working to our satisfaction. Also liked the 2 yr Warranty for the duel rollers, parts and labor. The doors slide unbelievable quiet and smooth. Wish I had replaced the rollers years ago. Unfortunately the lock repair on the one slider did not hold up so Tony came back a few days later and replaced it with a new lock . Tom , the owner, is very honorable and wants to make sure everything is done right. Would highly recommend this company .

This was a great experience other than a mix up on their part with when they were to come. The 2 individuals who came were very professional and did an excellent job of replacing the rollers on the doors and making several adjustments to them. I was told that when they were finished I would be able to open the doors with 2 fingers. This is indeed the case and the doors work very well. I have never had sliding glass doors works as well as these do now. They worked very cleanly, effectively and quickly and communicated well through the process. The price was higher than I had been quoted on the phone but this was because of an error on my part in describing the number of doors I had. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

I called to get an estimate. I got the answering machine. I was called back within 15 minutes. I explained what I had going on and got a next day time they would come out and take a look. They arrived 15 minutes late with the usual apology about being late. They took a look at my siding glass doors and found only one thing wrong. It was the top track had drooped causing the door to bind and not slide well. They were able to fix it right away and then performed some general maintenance. Both were professional and courteous. When I got the bad news (cost) I went from $400+ over the phone quote from a competitor to being charge just $75. I would strongly recommend them! To come out in a day and take care of the issue is something rare.

Very happy with my experience - Tom was great, professional and prompt. Returned my call quickly and went out to my rental property early the next day to take care of the broken slider lock for the tenant. Will definitely use again!
