Horrible service. Wasted one full day and they never showed or even called. Rescheduled and again wasted a half a day without them showing up or had the courtesy to call. What an unprofessional business. I would not recommend to anyone!!!!!! Angi should take them off their list!

Just when you think someone is out of business. Tom to the rescue!!! He deserved a 5-star rating. On time and professional Tom did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He checked and diagnosed the issues with the sliders, replaced the wheels and made adjustments that make my once stuck sliding glass doors slide like new. To top off the job he cleaned the door runners. I am incredibly pleased with his service and with his company. I highly recommend them and will be the first company I will call for future service.

I tried calling them 2 times receiving a voice mail that said they would call back by the end of the day. Each time I never heard from them. Are they still in business????

Best company you could possibly choose for Patio sliding door repair! We research reviews on Angie’s List to find true reports in order to choose the right company. We had called another company, slider man (also on Angie’s List), and they had told us they could not do anything to improve our problem. ALL ABOUT SLIDERS not only improved our problem but made the sliders feel like brand-new doors. When they had finished and asked me to test I was shocked……I exclaimed, it is a miracle! I was afraid nothing could be done and they improved it so much that it feels like the doors are sliding on smooth ice or silk. And, it makes absolutely no sound when opening or closing. Their prices are very reasonable and you cannot go wrong by choosing this company. Friendly, professional, reliable, top quality and skill….small family-owned business. I highly recommend this company!

The second time that I have used Tom for work. Always fast and efficient at a good price.

Both of my sliding doors were extremely sluggish and difficult to move. I thought that they would both need to have the slider mechanisms replaced. The guys arrived on time on the day of our appointment. Within 45 seconds of their inspection, I was informed that NOTHING needed to be replaced and they could have them cleaned and adjusted and they would be like new. They were done within 1/2 hour and the doors could be easily moved with just my pinkie finger. It was amazing and inexpensive. I know who I'm calling when I need slider door help.

All About Sliders added a stainless steel overlay on the track and replaced the single rollers with double rollers. The original track was aluminum and had deep ridges from the rollers failing over the years. After the repair the sliding door works GREAT, LIKE NEW. And the rollers come with a 2 year guarantee!!

They came, they saw, they fixed...They were great!...and, they came early! As there were two of them, they each worked on on a door and really cut down on the time. They explained everything that was wrong, what they were correcting and the small thing they couldn't fix, but they told me the alternatives that were available.

So impressed with the work done—our doors seem like new! The price was very reasonable, so we won’t hesitate to call again in the future. Also appreciated getting a call ahead when they were running a little bit late with the job scheduled before us.

They did a great job. The doors slide so easily now and tracks are nice and clean. We thought we needed new rollers on our bedroom doors , but they said we didn’t need them. They cleaned and lubricated them and they work like new. Recommended them to other people in our condo and they were also pleased with their work

Very well. Work done as promised. Even better than expected. The sliders squeaked, rubber trim was tearing and worn out, door handles were broken and sliders pulled closed very slowly. Tom showed up on time, estimate was fair and work completed right then. Turned out better than I expected

Today we had Tom and his son (and granddaughter learning the business) to work on our sliding glass doors. We had Tom out once in the spring after we bought our house and he did such a great job we asked him to come back today and do the same to all other sliding doors in our home. These are very heavy doors with old single-rollers that had really deteriorated to the point they would hardly move. When Tom and his helpers had finished, it felt like new doors had been installed. We love it!! When we first moved down here and contacted another company, we were told we needed new doors with a price tag that made our jaws drop. I found All About Sliders on Angie's List - A rating. All I needed to hear. We highly recommend this company, professional, personable, efficient, top quality AND very reasonable prices.

Well. Dirty job but they contained it as well as could be expected. My sliding doors work great now. They even replaced the handle.

I reached out to the company via a message and received no response. Then I called and left a voicemail...got no response. How does a business stay open if they don't call back customer calling ASKING for business!? Very disappointed and will NOT recommend going forward.

I used them here in Florida. The only problem with them is when it's in season they make you wait. I think it was like 2 weeks, 3 weeks before they came and got to my door. No problem with the door, they fixed it right up. It was three guys at came in. They had to replace the middle part of the door slider. It took them like every bit of 30 minutes. They were in and out in not time. The price was good. They made me wait almost 3 weeks. I know it in season and everybody's busy in January but 21 days is a long time to wait. Once you get scheduled punctuality is good. I would have to use them again because the door, after they got done, doesn't even make a sound. It's so silent. They're work was an A.

I would grade them A's all the way. Two people came to complete the work and it took about an hour. They used good quality rollers when they replaced them, and they know what they're doing. They left the area very clean.

Perfect. The gentlemen told me I needed rollers on one slider but the stuck slider door was just off the track which he put back.I loved the smooth sliding door with the replaced rollers so much that I asked if he could do two other sliding doors in the house. He checked them and said they could wait especially if I do not use them much. Impressed by his honesty so decided to fix them also. Glad I did.

The company originally came out several months ago and upgraded my doors with heavy duty rollers. After the service was completed, I was informed by the crew leader that if there was any problem in the future, such as the doors coming off track, they would come out and fix free of charge. In early January my doors came off track as I was closing them. I called the company to make an appointment for them to come back out. I was informed they were 2 weeks out and made my appointment for the 24th. They also put me on an ASAP list in case a vacancy in the schedule opened. A few days prior to the 24th I called to confirm and to get a time frame. At that time I was informed that I was not on the schedule but they found me to be still on the ASAP list. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happen so the service was rescheduled for the 31st between 9-9:30. By 10:00 am they had still not arrived so a call was placed. At that time we were informed we were not even on the schedule for that day but we were still on their ASAP list. Based on this information, I was contacted by Tony the owner. I was informed they would be out the following day. Tony did come out as promised and spent a whole 10 minutes putting the sliders back on track, then ended up charging us $65 for the service call, stating they could have instructed me via telephone on how to reinstall the doors. I spoke with them 3-4 different times regarding my problem and nobody ever tried to help me get them back on myself. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Next time I will definitely be using Slider man, another highly rated company. I was without use of my doors for about a month and then still charged for what should have been a free service.

All doors were fixed with new runners. They now work perfectly. The work itself was done in good time and we are very pleased with the outcome.

A no show. Completely unacceptable. The company is rated A+ on Angie's list, the ads say they offer emergency and weekend service, yet I waited over 3 weeks since I was too polite and from the reviews thought it was worthwhile to wait because they were highly rated. I think they are overextended and do not recommend calling them for service.
