Job was performed by owner & they were very punctual. I am very satisfied with their work and services provided. They explained what they were going to do and what type rollers they were installing. They were very professional to deal with and knowledgeable and answered any question I had about all doors in the house. They did not try to sell me anything while onsite and I appreciated that very much. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience. My sliders are like brand new and they slide very easy and make no noise at all! Before they made a lot of noise on the tracks and I could barely open them with one hand. Don't buy new doors, just call these guys and you will have new doors for a fraction of the cost! These guys don't need another rave review. But here is one anyway. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Appropriately dressed and pleasant guys, they examined the sliders, and told us they did not need the 'monkey fur' strips replaced (as we had thought). They showed us what did and didn't need to be done, and explained as they went along. They replaced needed rollers on one slider. They cleaned and lubricated them all. They worked quickly but carefully, and were finished in no time. They worked largely outside, but in deference to our concern about new carpets, the younger one took off his shoes when he had to step inside. It's such a pleasure to watch people work who know exactly what they are doing!

They had the doors working in less than 5 seconds. Normally I would feel stupid, but these are large, hurricane-rated heavy triple pocket sliders - something I will not mess with. They then vacuumed up debris left in the tracks by the floor people. If I have any more problems with my sliders these are the guys I will call. I am recommending them to all my friends.

Could not be happier. My kitchen slider gets a lot of use and had become very difficult to open. The other doors were not as bad but still took some effort to open. I contacted All About Sliders and was able to set up an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment, they were running ahead of schedule and contacted me to see if they could come earlier than scheduled. They arrived in a few minutes, came in and did an inspection, explained what needed to be done and when I approved the suggested work, they completed it in a few minutes. I expected that rollers would need to be replaced on all three doors, but they were very honest and said two of the doors just needed to have the tracks cleaned and waxed. The kitchen door rollers needed to be replaced and a cover put on one of the track rails that was damaged. They replaced my single rollers with doubles and the door glides open like new. They completed the job in 15-20 minutes, cleaned up and were done very quickly. They were very professional and willingly answered all my questions. The cost was $131 minus a discount for being an Angie's List member. They also provide a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. I wish I had done this a long time ago and would highly recommend All About Sliders.

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and completed their work very fast. They were very helpful in explaing why another door would not work because of a structural problem and recommended a contractor who could do the necessary renovation. I would highly recommend them.

The work was performed at my home. Even though this is season, my appointment was set up within a week of my call. The technician arrived on time with a helper, answered all my questions, showed me the parts that needed to be replaced as well as the new parts before installing them, gave me a quote and cleaned up all in about one hour. The cost of the service was very reasonable and exactly the amount that he quoted. The technician replaced the single rollers on my triple track sliding glass doors (i.e., three large panels, each measuring 3' by 9',) with duel rollers. The 10 year old doors slide better and easier now than they ever did when they were new. I will use All About Sliders again if I need service.

They were excellent. They were here early and did an excellent job. They were an A+ provider to work with. We may use them again for a different sliding door.

We bought a deal, they answered quickly, appointment scheduled without problem, they came as agreed, repaired two doors, we asked for two additional doors, they called to postpone another job, did the other doors too....doors open like new now...... ....absolutely recommendable...very professional and friendly service.

I didn't think the doors were all that bad to begin with, but the Angie's List deal got my attention and I went for it. The results are amazing! The doors can be slid back and forth with one finger. We are delighted!

They did not show up for the appointment that we set up the day before. When I spoke with them they had no record of the appointment.

I contacted All About Sliders after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed! Tony and Jimmy were very professional, personable and took care of the issues that I contacted them for, which was replacing rollers (on a very awkward sliding glass door panel - I still do not know how they were able to access/replace the rollers) and repaired the lock on the door. I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. As it turned out, I had another gentleman working on another area of my house, and he was so impressed, that he took a business card!

Everything went extremely well from the beginning to the end. I called the office, spoke with Karen and she took my information and worked me in for service. She also followed up and informed me that Tony and Sam were on the way to my home. Tony and Sam arrived at my home and I showed them my slider. After Tony reviewed the door, we did not need new rollers, only an adjustment on the door which he preformed. (no charge) They did replace rollers on my bedroom slider door and showed me the bad rollers vs. the new ones. Tony and Sam are very knowledgeable and vacuumed after they made their adjustments and replacements. Would for sure use them in the future. Thanks Team All About Sliders!

On the appointment day they called me prior to arriving to say they were running behind on their first appointment and would be an hour later if that was ok and I agreed. At least they called and didn't leave me wondering whether or when they were going to show up! The two man crew was professional and quick. They assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and when I approved the cost they went to work right away. They took extra care using drop clothes and cleaned up after themselves. The whole appointment took a little more than 1/2 hr. I would highly recommend them for slider repair and will definitely use them in the future
