They did good work. Price was is great they were friendly and one time. (Arguably early.)

They "lost" our appointment but when I called they did come later the same day. Also they went next door and did work for my neighbor. Work performed was excellent but we forgot to give the serviceman a coupon we had for a 15% discount. I have called four times to see if All About Sliders would refund the 15% but they have yet to return my call. Service itself was very good but at the very least, they should have called me back on this issue.

All About Sliders' two repairmen arrived ahead of the scheduled time, gave us what we considered to be a fair bid and went to work. Three of the sliders needed to be removed and tracks and rollers replaced (no small job with these heavy doors); the other three needed adjusting to work properly. The repairmen were pleasant, professional, neat and fully prepared with all necessary tools and parts. I don't believe our doors ever worked this well, even when they were new! We would highly recommend All About Sliders. They are headquartered in Cape Coral and we are located on Marco Island but our location was not a problem for them. We chose this company because of their excellent reviews and they certainly lived up to their good reputation.

Great! They arrived promptly on short notice, looked at the job, gave me an estimate and when I agreed on price, they went right to work. They cleaned the tracks and installed the new rollers quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. Job well done!

All About Sliders Patio Door Repairs should change the name of their company to "All About Customer Service and Value For Money." This company rocks from top to bottom. They show up as promised and get the job done in a timely manner, and for a good price, too. Tom, the company owner, came to my house today with Tony and Jimmy, to take a look at a single set of 3 sliders that had become hard to open and close. They evaluated 2 other sets of 2 doors each, and determined that only one set of the two needed repair. They quickly changed out the rollers on 5 sliding doors, and renewed rubber weather-stripping, too. They also gave the other set of doors some complimentary TLC while they were on site. The entire job took just over an hour, and the crew left my house as clean and neat as it was prior to their arrival. All 3 men were very polite, personable, and certainly expert at what they do. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and have already recommended them to 3 other friends. All About Sliders Patio Door Repairs should also be commended for granting military members and first responders a generous discount, too, something I always as for, being a vet. Don't even bother to call anyone else for sliding door work, as this outfit is the one to call first!

Excellent. The called ahead to ask about arriving one hour ahead of the 10am appointment. This was fine with our schedule. Two men arrived, clean, neat appearing, and got right to the job. One set of a 3 door slider required great effort to open, the technician gave assurance that upon replacing of the rollers and cleaning opening would require only two fingers!! He was right on!!! The work was completed in one hour. They did not oversell. They only cleaned one door set, but after experiencing the ease of rolling the one three door set after replacing rollers, we insisted on new rollers for this door. The other two door sets are not used often - these were only cleaned and lubricated - but much improved.

Two. Gentlemen came on time . Worked together to unstick patio door. They even placed my screen back on and made sure it closed properly. Great job.

All went well. The representatives completed the job with efficiency, speed, and professionalism. Although they work quickly and adeptly, they do take their time thoroughly explaining the process beforehand as well as following up with advice afterwards. I'm happy to now have operational sliders that I haven't been able to use in over a year. If you have this problem, do not hesitate to call this company and go back to enjoying your sliding glass doors without costly replacement doors. They can fix it! And there was no lengthy wait time for an appointment. I recommend All About Sliders as a satisfied customer.

Two men came they worked well together, the entire job was completed in less than a hour, we are very pleased with results. They did more that expected, they cleaned up after themselves, all in all a satisfying experience.

They came out and gave me an estimate for the work. I agreed to it. In fact, I thought it was very reasonable. They did the work immediately and very quickly too. My patio doors roll like new now.

We had the rollers replaced on six sliding doors. Jimmy called around 12:45 saying they were on a job that needed extensive repair and would it be ok for them to come around 3:30. When he and Jeremy arrived they quickly checked each door for needed repair and gave us an estimate. We felt the estimate was fair and had them do the work. Both Jimmy and Jeremy were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing an it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The entire repair took approximately 35 minutes. They cleaned up and instructed us on what little maintenance we would need to keep the sliders moving like they were new. We are very pleased with All About Sliders.

Tom and Tony were very responsive and shared with us what they would do and why. It all went well and we were very pleased.

I was kept informed about the schedule changes promptly. Two technicians took down the door, fixed the track and replaced the worn out rollers. Doors work better than new. Replaced the sticky door latch and added a couple of bumpers per my request. They had all replacement parts with them and did the job quickly.

I called a couple of places, but All About Sliders came through perfectly. The other companies were a month out to get to my area, but All About Sliders worked late in Friday and Saturday to get the job done. Our patio doors are about 40 years old and sliding like new now. Thank you Tom for job well done and also quickly done.

Prior to the work the door would get stuck after opening it a few inches. After the provider's work you could push the doors open with one finger. Very professional husband and wife team. Extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. They were contientious to walk around outside the house so they didn't come through the house with all their tools. They removed the doors and cleaned the tracks. They didn't leave until everything worked smooth, We have a 3 panel slider and it took them about 1 hour to complete everything. They also informed us of proper maintenance to get the longest life out of our new rollers. Extremely pleased with this company.

Exceptional service. Two men repaired the doors we had been struggling to open for years. Now you have to be careful that they are not opened to fast because they gain speed quickly. What a difference !! Why did we wait so long ?? They were only here for 20-25 minutes and even vacuumed the carpeting on which they walked. Will place their card in our community clubhouse book of highly recommended service providers. A Plus.

I called on Tuesday, was scheduled for Wednesday at 12:30. They showed up at 11:00!! I have NEVER had a workman show up early!! The two men got right to work. They removed all 3 sliders, and while one got started on the rollers, the other cleaned out the track. I asked if I could watch and they took me through the process while they worked. They worked very fast and were out the door within 45 minutes. Very professional. Later that afternoon, something happened and one door got off track....we couldn't close the door completely and couldn't lock it. One worker drove for an hour to come back and fix it. We are VERY PLEASED with All About Sliders Patio Door Repair!

Service was great from the time I called until when the repairman came out and made the repairs. The slider doors were about ten years old and had recently become very difficult to move. I called the company and arranged for them to call my renters to schedule the repair. At my renter's request, the repair was scheduled for two days out (could have been earlier, but my renter's schedule did not allow it.). The repairman arrived on time. Before he started work, he called me and gave me an estimate to repair both slider door rollers. I agreed, and the repair was completed in less than an hour. My renters said that the repairman was friendly and easy to work with. I requested that an invoice be sent to me. It took about a week to get the invoice emailed to me; no big deal. I was very satisfied and would recommend this company.
