Very pleased with the service and will highly recommend to our neighbors and friends. They were punctual (came a little early which was great) and very knowledgeable about the sliders we have tho they are older model.

Tom answered the phone immediately and arranged to assess and repair the problem that same day. I was amazed at the quality of his service. He said he would call me from the home (rental property) and give me a price for the repair before he started the job. He called as he said he would, and gave me a very reasonable price to repair the door. He fixed the door "on the spot". I was so thankful for the quality of his work and his response time as I had been having a very hard time even getting someone to call me back. I had contacted at least 3 other sliding door companies as well as a glass repair company and 2 handymen. One never showed up at the appointed time, another went to the house to assess what had to be done and then never got back in touch again. I am a Realtor and manage several rental properties. My tenant had been waiting since the first of April to get the slider repaired. Now it is has been repaired within hours of my call to All About Sliders and everyone is happy! Thank you Tom.

The doors needed new rollers for a long time. They were very hard to move back and forth. Now I can easily handle them with two fingers. Wish I had called this company a long time ago. The owner and an assistant did a fast and professional job.

They were neat, friendly, professional. They not only fixed my door, but they offered a complimentary review of all of our sliders. I wound up buying special spray to make the other doors move a bit easier. (Hint: Don't use DW-40). There was a mix-up on the date they were scheduled to arrive. I thought they were due at 8:30 on Thursday but they showed up at 8:30 on Wednesday. Not a big deal but I had a coupon for 10% off that I didn't use because it was clipped to the calendar for the next day! Oh well. Nice guys and I'd definitely use them again. Just wish they had called the day before to confirm. These days, with such hectic lives, it seems like it would be a smart business move.

I made an appointment for service about a week in advance. I was told that I would be given an estimate when they arrived and the work would be done at that time if I accepted the price, which I did. I also got an estimate over the phone from another company that was about $25 more. They called about the time they said they'd be here to say that they would be about 30 minutes late, which is when they arrived. They removed the door from the track and installed a pair of nylon rollers on each end, replacing the worn out stainless steel rollers. They cleaned the track, telling me it was in good condition and also tightened the handle. They put down a sheet where they were working and also put covers on their shoes. Overall, they were efficient and did an excellent job at what I considered to be a very reasonable price.

The repairman scheduled appointment within a few days and arrived promptly. Were able to repair the door and give us a few hint to keep doors moving smoothly. Great job!

Great...nice nice guys, came on time, neat and quick. They even tightened the hinges on our front door and replaced those screws with new ones, and didn't charge us...! Glad we found them.and will always use them for any other services they offer.

Noticed the slider I installed 3 or 4 years ago would not stay on its track and there was metal flakes in channel. Time to replace Roller! I have NEVER had any luck getting the right parts for sliders in the past and living far from any kind of parts dealer, even one wrong part means lots of wasted time, fuel, and patience. Besides, the doors are too heavy for me to handle alone. The guys from 'All About Sliders' were able to get to us early and repaired the door with upgraded Duel Rollers in less than half an hour. Even though I'm handy, this job including travel, would have cost me almost the same amount and ruined my whole Day! Going with 'All About Sliders' was the best way to handle this job. Professional, efficient and affordable, plus I got to enjoy my day!

We called, they showed up the next day and fixed the sliders. The cost was inline with other slider repairs we have done but not something I would call a deal. Cost aside they did a fine job and I would probably call them again if I needed other sliders repaired.

Friendly, quick, and knew the slider mechanisms. also, installed a new runner for a closet door. did not make the appt. time on the return visit and did not call!!!

Upon arrival Tom and Anthony assured me that the doors could be repaired and returned to sliding like they were new. The doors were in deplorable condition. Noisy, they sounded like they were grinding metal, they were quite difficult to move, they were equally difficult to lock and one lock was stuck and the door would not move. I was given the price for one door (one panel of a slider) and the price for each additional door. Each additional door would be half of the cost of the first. To my surprise they were ready to go right to work after the estimate. I agreed to have them do one door and if I was satisfied I could have them do the rest. In about 30 minutes the first door was done. They worked quickly and efficiently...they really appeared to know what they were doing. The result was spectacular. A door that took two hands to move now operated with one finger. Matter of fact you could give a push with your finger and the door glided to the stop. I agreed that they do the whole house. They were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Were pleasant, friendly an courteous. If I knew that this project was even possible I'd have done this years ago. I did not know I didn't have to live with this inconvenience. I strongly recommend All About Sliders. I have not been this satisfied with a contractor like this in years. Inexpensive is relative....This did not cost a lot of money...incredible value!

I CALLED FOR ESTIMATE, TOM AND TONY CAME THE NEXT DAY, AFTER INSPECTING DOORS I WAS TOLD WHAT THEY NEEDED TO WORK LIKE NEW. TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND MAKE THE REPAIRS. THEY DID AND MY DOORS DO WORK LIKE NEW. IM COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE OR RECOMMEND THEM.

I spoke with Tony on August 23rd and asked if he could fix the sliding glass doors which led to the lanai. There was a problem with the slider and it made it difficult to open and close the door. Tony said that he could come over and look at it and give me a free estimate. He offered to come on the following Monday, August 26 in the afternoon, but I had a meeting to attend and asked him to make it another day. He said he could be here at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27. That worked for me. He and another gentleman arrived a little before 8:30. They explained what was wrong, gave me the estimate. I agreed to the price and they went to work and in less than an hour, the job was finished. The door now slides smoothly and quietly. I waited a week before I submitted my review to see if any problems arose afterward. No problems. Nice and polite people to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

They came in and checked the doors I was having trouble with. Doors were rough to slide and locks were difficult to secure. I was told they really were not bad and said it was up to me to replace the rollers. "Wow" I thought, "they are not trying to tell me it is a good thing I called as the doors were rotting and ready to fall off the track!" I decided to replace two out of three rollers, and they waxed my window tracks for easier sliding. They were efficient, thorough and were in and out in a snap! I was happy with the price and the helpful advice they gave me. I highly recommend them!

Arrived on time fixed the problem and found the solution to why the door was coming apart. Would use them again Ina minute.

The sliding doors operate like new. The technicians arrived early. The were courteous and very thorough.

They provided an estimate to replace the rollers on both doors and I had them complete the work immediately. It took about an hour. Now both doors work better than new. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Well worth the money.

The genglemen came in - although a bit late (1/2 hr) and went right to work. Didn't try to sell me more than I wanted. I am selling the house and would like to keep repair costs down. Had single rollers installed on one side. The men did this job with little disruption and in a short amount of time. I asked about the double rollers and the other side being done. The gentleman said that there was no need for the other side to be done, so I just had the left side done. After trying the door to see if there was an improvement, I was happy with the ease in which the door moved. I asked, if he would be willing, for a price, to help me move the refrigerator in order to straighten a new carpet and he said there would be no need for reimbursement and did it on the spot. He was a gentleman ,and I felt that this was an extra service that he performed without wanting extra pay. As an older lady, I was grateful for his willing helpfulness. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a courteous, very timely and successful repair to their patio doors.
