Part was ordered and 5 days later was installed. Appears the problem has been resolved. 90 day warranty for labor and 1 year warranty for parts.

I called Bill and he was at my house in 5 minutes to check on the problem. He diagnosed the issue right away and had the parts overnighted. He arrived the day after that promptly at 9 as promised and fixed the problem to my satisfaction in about a half hour. I was very pleased with his reliability and ability.

I emailed Bill explaining the problem. I included my Samsung refrigerator model number and the parts number of the replacement door I found online. We chatted on the phone the next day, and he ordered the part. A few days later Mike called me to say the door was in. Mike came out the same afternoon and installed the new door. The cost of the service included both the cost of the part and the cost of installation. I couldn't be happier with the service, the responsiveness, and the price. Bill and his assistant came to check my old dishwasher that hasn't worked for quite a while. They spent a good hour checking and cleaning it, told me how they could fix it but said that it would be better to buy a new one. They then checked my freezer ice-maker, saw that I needed a part that they had to order. No charge for the first day. New part and service the next time was $190. They did a FANTASTIC job. Very thorough and honest.

Bill, the owner and his assistant came out the same day I called and arrived when he said he would. The refrigerator had a computer issue. That's what controls all the functions, on, off, defrost and temperature. The compressor was also vibrating. Bill told me that replacing both would cost a good portion of what a new refrigerator would and I would be better off replacing it. My dishwasher was only working intermittently, so they pulled it out of the enclosure. THE PLUG WAS ALMOST OUT OF THE WALL SOCKET!! They just plugged it in good and put it back. Nice to have an HONEST service company that wasn't just interested in replacing parts. All it cost me was the service call!! I will be glad to talk to anyone who would like to verify this review. Came out and did a quick diagnosis of the problem. Had to order parts, and responded quickly with a date for the actual repair work. Always prompt and polite. Would absolutely use again. Highly recommend.

Mike was extremely nice. He looked at our washing machine. He took his time and was really knowledgeable about the products. Would absolutely recommend to others.

I thought it was rather expensive for only 10 min. worth of work, but that may be what the going rate is. Please note that you cannot use the Angie's List coupon if you decide to use them after they give you their quote because they do not charge a trip charge. If you decide NOT to use them, they will give you $10 off the trip charge. Bill was nice enough to honor my coupon anyway, since I told him it was confusing.

Went very well and fixed my problem

We called Action Appliance Service at about 1:00 pm and he was there by 3:00 pm. The fan motor on our refrigerator needed to be replaced and he gave us an estimate for either replacing the motor or just paying for the service call. We opted for the replacement of the motor and have been very happy that the noise has gone away and the refrigerator is working fine. We highly recommend Action Appliance Service.

Called at 8am; returned call in one hour; arrived in another hour. Diagnosed the unit, drained the water and recommended a new unit. The washer was not worth repairing. Extremely professional and yet friendly

Fast, friendly, professional! Filled out a contact form early this morning on Angie's List, Bill called me when he was on his way, and about a half hour later the refrigerator was repaired and running (by 1:30 in the afternoon). I definitely recommend Bill and Action Appliance Service, and will use them again in the future! Price seemed to be in line with what should have been charged based on the part I found online plus Bill's labor and time. I forgot to use my $10.00 Angie's List coupon, but that was my fault. As a non-profit serving combat wounded Veterans we rely on donations of money and services to fulfill our mission of gifting trained service dogs to Veterans in need. When a washer/dryer combo was donated but failed to operate Mr. Letchworth offered to fit us into his already booked work schedule and waive the normal service call fee to come out and diagnose the problem with both machines. While one machine simply needed correct set up, the other had major mechanical issues that made it not worth the repair cost. His honesty and quick diagnosis saved us money and time, for which we are grateful.

It went well. They fixed the problem and I was very happy. I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Took washer apart. Noticed that leak was from motor. Would be expensive to repair and recommended getting new instead ( he doesn't sell them!) Came out within hour of calling him and helper also was knowledgeable and helpful

After starting a large load of towels late in the evening, our washer stopped working in mid cycle. I thought we might be looking at having to buy a new washer but I decided to look for an appliance repair company on Angie's List. Sure glad I did! I selected Action Appliance Service because of their many satisfied customers. Bill, the owner, promptly called me back; we set an appointment for later in the day. To my surprise he called back wanting to know if it would be ok to come by earlier. I said yes, the sooner the better! In the past, I have had to wait long past the appointed time for a repairman that don't even bother to call when they are running late, so this was a very pleasant surprise! They arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were able to fix in it right away as they had the part (drain pump) on their truck. They even taught me something about the electronic pad that I didn't know. I found Bill and Mike to be prompt, efficient and knowledgable about the washer that needed to be repaired, as well as being reasonably priced. I would definitely call Action Appliance Service again and highly recommend Bill and his company.

Our refrigerator's warranty had just expired and the filter mechanism where you put the water filter in was not operating properly so the filter would not fit in correctly. I called several companies and they would not work on a Samsung refrigerator. I called and was asked the details of my particular model and they ordered the part. I waited a couple of weeks and called back. They were relived that I called them as they had the part, but due to a computer problem my information was deleted. They came out the next morning and fixed my filter! Overall, I was very pleased. They were exceptionally helpful and prompt when I called for service and then when I called to follow up on my service. With the exception of my information being lost in "cyber space" I will give them an A+

Bill came out the next day after I called, he was very prompt and professional. He was great, I wish he could do all the repairs I need done in my home. There needs to be more honest people such as Bill. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
