Description of Work: Two gentlemen arrived at out home to repair our dish washer. They did attempt to do so, but were unable to do. We called a tech for our brand and ehe has able to repair the dishwasher, although it took about 10 days to get the part.

I don't know for sure what to say because I don't see a record of this all the way back to October 2015. i suspect this may have been a bosch/samsung dishwasher which is about the only thing I do not yet work on. If that is the case I would have informed her upon this realization and would not have charged for the visit.

Every customer is important to me and I always try to give the best service and repairs possible. However, it is impossible for absolutely every repair to end in a perfectly permanent result. It is always possible for something to go wrong. That is why we guarentee our work. We cannot however extend a guarantee if not told there is a problem. This repair was actually completed on 10-27-15 for $118 plus sals tax when we replaced a noisey belt tensioner. It is possible to get a defective part, or for another similar issue to arise, or even for us to mis-diagnose an issue. But I always want to make it right when possible. This time I never knew of the problem. My sincerest apology to Ms [Member Name Removed] for the issue and that she didn't feel she could depend on me to do the right thing about it.

Description of Work: Just as I was leaving Florida on a trip, I discovered water leaking from the refrigerator. I contacted Bill at Action Appliance Service and coordinated with a friend to get the repair done. Bill found the problem, updated the unit and did it all reasonably. I have already recommended Action Appliance Service to someone else. Price was also reasonable.

Description of Work: I called this company after finding it on Angie's List. My fridge was leaking water onto the hardwood floors. The owner of the company came within two hours of my call, identified the problem quickly, replaced a part, and I haven't had a problem since. Price seemed fair. Will definatly use in the future.
