Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $199 for Professional Deck Restoration-Clean and Seal. Everything went good!

Description of Work: This service was for painting. Two rooms, one coat of paint each for $199.00. By the time they added on all the extra charges for more than one coat and other things the final price was quoted at close to $800 which is ridiculous. I finally agreed to have them paint one room, two coats of paint and they still charged me an extra $140.00. This was a blatant rip-off.

Description of Work: painted 4 rooms walls and ceilings and large open hallway, in addition kitchen ceiling. They were wonderful, on time and great work. They did exactly what I wanted them to do.

Description of Work: They did a good job. There were a lot of additional costs that I wasn't entirely comfortable with, and the payment process wasn't entirely comfortable. But overall the work was timely and good.

Description of Work: Eduart Coka promptly responded to our request to meet, indicating by phone that they could probably do the power washing on Friday; so we removed all the deck furniture, flower boxes and bird feeders. We also understood that he would call; however, he just showed up, which was fine. Unfortunately, he explained that additional charges would increase the cost to almost $900 and he was not certain he could get it done this fall. He said we could get refund of coupon or keep until next spring. We decided not to have the work done and to ask for a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for powerwashing and staining of my deck. It might be good to have "Stain Not Included" towards the beginning instead of 3rd from the bottom on the small print. Sealing of the deck also wasn't included.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for 200 Square Feet of Professional Deck Restoration but it would have ended up costing $300+ more dollars than I was prepared for.

Description of Work: In all it looks nice. My disappointment came mostly with the final price. "$999 for Whole House Interior Painting" only covered the walls of three bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen (with wallpaper removal), bath (two coats), hallway, ceilings, and entrance doors were $1500 extra for a total of $2500 for the labor. This did not include the cost of the premium paint required to paint the walls in a single coat. Bathroom looked rushed, with nails painted over and a thin gap between a wall and cabinet missed. We requested only a single coat on the ceilings and the thick edging stands out in natural lighting. Doors were going to "look like new" but just look like doors that were given a quick coat of paint. There were over four gallons of left-over, un-returnable paint. Again, it looks nice and I haven't priced painting elsewhere - this may be very reasonable. I feel the "whole house" reference, though, was misleading.

Description of Work: When Eduard contacted me today he explained that additional work was expected with the big Deals and I could not stain my deck railings myself. I cannot afford the approximate $300+ for him to do the additional work. Also, he could not do work until August and summer is almost over in WI then.

Description of Work: Power washed and stained a 400+ square foot deck including the railings and apron. |One suggestion for the provider is to develop an estimate form and a written receipt. We trusted him on his word and he held to it but others may not go with the company without these forms.

Description of Work: We hired Eduard and Alba Painting to stain an outdoor cedar fence, approximately 200 feet. The work was done in a very punctual and professional manner. Would use again.
