Description of Work: There is no recourse for their not doing their job. They do not check the baits and they do not respond to customer complaints. Their contracts are terrible for customers.

Description of Work: They’ve been good with putting out bait, etc. Sometimes they cannot come out immediately.

Description of Work: Complete house termite protection using Sentricon system at the time of selling our house. This price was better than the renewal price proposed for our existing exterminator contract that we had done business with continually for 10 years.

Description of Work: Perimeter and foundation treatment for all pests.

Description of Work: Final result , they took care of our major flea problem and showed genuine concern. We only had one glitch and that was the service person initially sent to treat our home was inexperienced and did not do as he was supposed to do. After we complained, Their person experienced in flea treatment treated our home and did an excellent job. What should have been completed in 2 wks, took 4, because the first person never should have been sent to us, atleast not by himself. We want to make it very clear that Paul's, once they knew of the initial,inadequate service, took immediate and proper steps to make it right. The problem was taken care of and the serviceman was very professional. We would strongly recommend using this company. Have , over the years, tried different pest control companies in our area and this is , by far, the best one. If the experinced flea control service person had come out initially, this would be a 5 star, perfect review. I didn't give the top rating for the cost, as it was the same as most of the others..average. However, we cannot say that the others would've given this exceptional follow-up service.
