No problems that could be avoided. Small piece of removed during removal of old light fixture.

Two men came on time and evaluated the damages. They resolved all issues. They recommended the whole house surge protector be installed behind the fuse box. Since this was the second strike on our house and their price was good we told them to install the surge protector. They were courteous and worked efficiently.

From the time I called Mike at All American Electrical the entire process was easy and professional. Mike was able to accomplish all the work that was required in an efficient manner. His attention to detail and quality work was really appreciated and with an end result that I consider to be very professional and a straight forward solution to my request.

Work went very well and fast. Completed in less than 15 minutes.

We saved up lots of little electrical jobs, such as replacing non-GFCI outlets in bathrooms, replacing loose outlets and light switches, etc. These were all done. We also had a couple of jobs that we hoped to get done as they were our top priority. These were bigger jobs - moving a ceiling light fixture and replacing an outdoor light fixture. Neither of these were completed as they turned out to be more complex than we initially realized. Because they were unable to do everything, they gave us an estimate on the remaining work and pointed out some other issues that needed fixed. Altogether, we are happy with the work done and plan to call All American back to do the remainder of the work.

Mike and his colleague were very professional and efficient. However, while addressing the stair-switch issue, they unintentionally disconnected our porch light. We didn't discover this until later that evening when we tried to turn it on. They apologized profusely for this and came back to fix it, although it took them two weeks due to scheduling conflicts (both on theirs and my end). Despite the mistake, I am still satisfied with their performance and would consider using them again.

They asked for a picture of the work site, which I provided by phone. They gave me a list of needed materials that I purchased from Lowes. When the tech arrived he said that the person on the phone had a bad plan, and went in a different direction that didnt include any of the parts I had bought. I returned them to Lowe's. It all worked out in the end.

Mike was punctual, wholly professional, and did exactly what we needed done. I'd hire him again any time.

It is wonderful to deal with professionals. The tech performed all the tasks needed and recommended I also have a whole house surge protector installed. It was installed and I feel totally protected now. Thanks for the great work.

Two electricians arrived and one started to work on the ceiling fan and the other checked and bundled the wires in the back of a free standing bookcase. Both jobs were done, and Mike showed me where the surge protector was installed. He said I would not have to rely on Clay Electric's monthly charge for the same service. Mike also told me that the cable connection was not done (probably because the cable guy didn't have the right connectors) and I could call cable and have them come back and re install.

We are very happy with the service. He discovered a condition that did not meet code and was a potential fire hazard. He completely rewired the lights and the switch located in a column in the kitchen. We had previously had 2 different electricians look at the problem without a solution. We would definitely recommend this company.
