Performed job quickly and efficiently, would hire again

The circuit breaker for our condenser keeps tripping. Mike was able to dispatch a technician even our appointment is not till 2 weeks later. No surcharge even it's after hours and the technician (Andres) did an excellent job.

It went incredibly well. Mike was responsive to both phone and texts but to my surprise was very easy to deal with just using text. He was very flexible and understood how to work within my needs. As far as the actual work that was performed, both Sherman and Mark were very easy to work with. They were professional, thorough and very meticulous. I was so impressed that I am already lining up additional services with them. You simply cannot go wrong with this company, they are top notch,

I had a 45 day window to replace cloth wiring or my insurance company would cancel. My property manager got a bid which seemed high, so I asked for a second quote. Angie's List recommended All American Electrical Co Inc so they called to schedule a bid. All American Electrical Co Inc moved at a snail's pace. They took 2 weeks to even get out to the property to make the estimate. When they finally arrived on a Wed, they promised a quote by the following Monday. Monday came and went with no quote. Three phone calls from my property manager were not returned. Engaging these bozos cost me three weeks, and the work now can't be completed on time. My insurance company will not grant an extension, and the policy is going into "non-renewal" status. It is now Thursday and still no word from Bozo Inc. A pox on these fakers.

they found the problem fast, rewired the outlets in the bedroom properly. Check the circuit breaker panel. they were very courteous, very helpful. I will definitely call them again.

Change out ceiling fan on back patio

BOTH YOUNG MEN SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY PLEASANT, AND KNEW THEIR JOBS. I APPRECIATED THE INFORMATION THEY PROVIDED ME AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

They fixed the light in 30 minutes, the guys were professional and polite.

Mike couldn’t have been more accommodating or easy to deal with. He picked up my call right away and was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. He arrived on time, having called in advance, assessed the situation quickly and completed his work in a timely manner, fully explaining what he did and why. He cleaned up the work site and rendered an invoice which I thought was entirely fair.

WHEN THE OWNER SHOWED UP FOR THE GFI INSTALL HE TOLD ME ABOUT HOW I BENIFIT HAVING A SURGE PROTECTOR. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT HAVE ONE WITH HIM. SO...I HADTO SHELL OUT ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FEE. WHEN HIS GUYS SHOWED UP TO INSTALL THE SURGE PROTECTOR I HAD TO HAVE THEM GO BACK AND DRILL A HOLE IN THE PANEL SO I COULD SEE THE LIGHT INDICATER ON THE SURGE PROTECTER . THEY DRILLED THE HOLE OFF CENTER!

Very responsive , punctual , helped save me money by letting me know that flickering lights was a possible Wiring issue that FPL can diagnose & fix, which it was. I never got an itemized bill as promised but I did get an email receipt.

The guys were professional, friendly and proficient! They did a beautiful job! I would recommend them to everyone and I know that I will use them again for other projects in the future!

Installer explained all steps and told me in advance that an extra cost may occur if my outdoor ceiling was just for lights and not rated for ceiling fans. The ceiling needed to be reinforced because if the weight of the fans also. Great job and they cleaned everything up perfectly .

It went very well. I had one wall outlet that was particulary difficult to replace. The service person (I think his name was John) was very perfessional and found ways to make it happen.

They installed an old device in my electrical box, did not perform all the services mentioned for the inspection, and did not resolve the issues presented. After a small amount of research I resolved the issues myself.

instead of needing a new fan, he replaced the wall witch. Saved me $$ and resolved a serious issue. Love this company. Since I had prepaid for the other service. he checked and replaced switches in a couple of rooms.

He was pleasant and apologetic that he didn't have any sooner openings. He even referred me to another provider.

The small amount that they did, for the money we paid, was fine. I was disappointed with the limitations of the deal.

Never showed. Made contact and arrangements. Contacted a few weeks later and they said they didn’t remember me after sending pictures, etc Re arranged to have them come tomorrow and got last minute call that technician had wrist problem and can’t make it. Fool me once .....

He was very professional, showed me why ceiling fans were not working before fixing them and gave me great tips on how to save money on electric bill.
