I've hired All American Electrical before and as always Mike was on time, professional and the work performed was exceptional. Mike even offered to hang an over the range microwave which really helped me out of a jam. Will recommend for anything electrical

I thought the price was too high. He had already quoted me $360 and increased it by $100.00. He then informed me that that price was only good for 30 days.

James was friendly, explained electrical issues, provided options, answered questions, was very professional, was not in a hurry, made sure all my concerns were addressed, provided information about the condition of the wiring in the house, pointed out safety concerns, gave me his card with number to call if there were any other concerns or questions. Very professional and caring young man.

He could not do the work I needed because of the type of wiring I have coming from the county line.

He complete the job quickly, with no problems. We would certainly call him again the next time we need electrical work.

Had to cut out some larger drywall that I wasn't expecting and did not pull a permit but otherwise, work was done well.

He had to reschedule my original appt. and apologized profusely for his mistake. Arrived on time the following week and completed all of the work as promised. He explained everything to me on what he thought I needed. Very personable, professional and a pleasure to work with.

I requested the service in december for 5 GFCI conversions. I didn't hear back and reached out to schedule. I made a time initially for an appointment which the service technician wasn't able to make it because of an apparent emergency with another job. He apologized and said he would perform an all around inspection as recompense. I kept trying to schedule an appointment with the answer that i wasn't giving them enough notice...I am in the military and my schedule for each particular day is built the day prior so I don't find out my availability until the day before. I made my best guess and tried to schedule an appointment but they were unwilling to do so around my schedule. The technician went out of the country for at least a few weeks and it was promised I would get the service done on the friday of his return. I had this time off and this did not happen. I cam to understand he was on a wedding honeymoon apparently and extended the stay unbeknownst to me. The next few weeks I kept trying to schedule with no success so I am requesting a full refund over a month later with no services performed except making false promises and wasting my time. I can only say I hope this treatment and customer service is not their norm because I couldn't imagine they would still be in business.

I have an old home and wanted to get an electrical inspection done as I knew there were issues. They did a very thorough job. I ultimately had them replace my electric panel. Great communication and great value.

We had an original scheduled date about 3 weeks prior to the actual service date, but the address that they received was my billing address, so unfortunately the electrician arrived at the wrong location. We finally got in touch with each other after a few day and got the address figured out. We rescheduled a few weeks later. Would have liked to get a much sooner date, but schedule was very busy. Rhoda was very nice when we spoke about the mix up and got a new appointment scheduled. Mike arrived and was very quick in solving the outlet issue. Turned out to be a GFI that was outside, so simply resetting is was necessary. The fan was mysteriously turning off and on at random. He suggested removing the remote transmitter, since it was working improperly. No more worries about the phantom light. Mike was very quick and knowledgeable. I would use this service again.

Never activated or used the voucher. No service was provided.

We scheduled a spot with Mike for install of two ceiling fans. After waiting during a three hour window, we called and he said he was only expecting one ceiling fan. Then we were told he "might" be able to make it 3-4 hours after expected. This is after my wife had taken a half day off work to wait...for nothing. Mike said "homeowners buy these fans and don't realize how much work goes into installing them". Well Mike, that's why we hired you. We will be looking for a different electrician.

The experience was pretty interesting. They are named very closely to another company here that is much more highly reputable. So it took a couple of times to finally get them out to even come look at my problem and the first time they come out they said they solved it and they did not. They had to come out again a week later and it ended up casting me more than the big deal and they tried to upscale me on some other things that I knew I had. I ultimately got done what I needed to get done but I was not at all enthused.

Was on time and did quick install.

They were very respectful, punctual and accommodating. I had paid for two hours in advance. They each took one hour but it was mostly spent inspecting what needed to be done. I wish I would have had them come beforehand for an estimate and inspection - that way the $200 that I spent would have been put to better use. I made a follow up appointment but cancelled it because a contractor that was doing some other work for me referred me to someone else that was less expensive. Overall my experience with them was pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to referrer them to others.

They were running a two hour deal. I wasn't sure that they would be able (or even want to) install all 5 lights within that timeframe but they did! Excellent work!

We have had issues with our under cabinet lighting for most of the 10 years in our home. I saw this offer on Angie's List and decided to give it a try. Happy to say All American Electrical was prompt and went right to work upon arrival. Professional and most importantly, the lights work great -- finally!

Fast and smooth. However, because the voucher indicated I must have two empty spaces in my breaker box to accommodate a new surge protector, I thought that meant I could monitor the surge protector's status simply by looking at the breaker box panel. Instead, the protector was installed behind the panel and panel must be removed to view protector's functioning status. Because the voucher stated I needed these 2 extra spaces, I had assumed it would installed just like one of the breaker switches where it could easily be seen. So, I'll have to manually remove circuit breaker panel after a direct lightning strike to ensure it is still functioning, which is a bit more than a little inconvenient.
