Description of Work: The gentlemen replaced an outside fixture. They were outstanding. I have had many services over the years and they were absolutely the very best!! Courteous, efficient, thorough, professional!! Date of service is approximate. Please remove the specific day.

Description of Work: I requested that the company install a phone jack and an Ethernet jack. An hour before they were due to arrive, I received a call from the company stating that they did not do this type of work. Very disappointing!!

Description of Work: They installed an outside flood light and replaced an outlet outside for landscape lighting (One hour service special for $99). They also installed a whole house surge protector for $155. | |Dion Alexander was the lead guy and he was very professional and recommended the house surge protector which I had thought about before, but never got around to it. | |I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Installed one ceiling fan, replaced 2 carriage lights, and 1 porch light, all provided by owner. Paid $60.00 extra for the 20 minutes over prescribed "Big Deal" purchase, which was 2 man hours of labor at $139.00, total $199.00. |

Description of Work: They were to repair two dimmer switches. Instead they removed them without my knowledge then told me it was done. They left the wires they cut on the floor. They also installed two solar lights outside. One of which is no longer working. It only worked one time. They were rude. I paid for two men for one hour. They said they were done. I asked how long they had been here he said 32 minutes I said I wanted some money back or they should do more. They checked out a florescent light I had that one bulb wasn't working. They told me to get a new fixture that it wasn't worth putting a new ballast in this one. By then I was so disgusted I just told them to leave.the hour was still not up. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

Description of Work: Mike (the owner) replaced a recessed light in the kitchen. He worked very quickly. He also suggested installing an entire home surge protector (which I decided to do). The pricing seemed very reasonable. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: They installed the whole home surge protector. Mike called and stated that they were behind schedule that day. He asked if they could come in the late afternoon. David arrived and completed the installation at no time.
