Description of Work: Called them to do electrical wiring in my home, they never even had the courtesy or interest to call me back.

Description of Work: They installed an all new Electrical box, but only marked the main switches such as the A/C, frig, Hot water Heater, and dryer. I paid $110.00 for a full inspection plus $1250.00 to replace the box (labor included )for what I paid he should have taken the time to mark all the boxes. Now I'm left to figure it out.

Description of Work: I was never contacted by these people until after I had given up on them and asked for a refund. Then I got an email referring to our "agreement" and setting a date for them to come. This was over a week from when they were supposed to contact me. I am disappointed with the supposed "deal."

Description of Work: Mike installed high hat lighting in our living room. He did an excellent job laying out the location of the lighting and installing the fixtures. There were some problems with defective materials (from Home Depot) which he identified and rectified. The defective materials made the job more difficult but Mike took care of the issues. |His work was excellent, he is personable and his price was fair. He delivered what he promised.

Description of Work: They installed a new fuse in our electric box, aded an outlet, and a whole house surge protector. They were in and out within their allotted time, understood what we wanted and were able to take care of it.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $139 but there were about $250 extra. When they came, we talked about how it would be more for what they were doing.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's Special Deal. A little glitch in scheduling, however, when rescheduled he arrived on time and did a whole house outlet inspection to compensate. He installed the whole house surge protector quickly, didn't make a mess, and apparently it works as I've had no problems during electrical storms. The office followed up to ensure I was satisfied. If I ever require an electrician, I'll definitely call All American, they're pleasant and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: Big Deal - Complete-Home Surge Protection Package. | |Installed device inside panel, connected to power busses through in-service circuit breakers. Problems; 1.) Diagnostic/Indicator lamp could not be seen without removing the panel cover. 2.) If in-service breaker tripped you will lose protection on that leg. | |After much discussion with company owner he stated he could not install a plug-in style device due to high cost. The Big Deal was advertised as having a value of $315, turned out not to be Big Deal. I will now have to pay someone else to remove the device inside my panel and install the correct style device. I was refunded $140 of the $149 the job cost. Glad to be done with this contractor.

Description of Work: Bartram arrived on time, shampooed two bedroom carpets and two scatter rugs. He didn't make a mess of things, the carpets and scatter rugs looked better than when he began. The company followed up to ensure I was happy with their work.
