Description of Work: The first time I used this outfit they missed up my fan light and on switch. Well it went down again and I called them back. They replaced the switch because it was falling apart.Well thay replaced the switch but what makes mad they charged me $103.95.

Description of Work: Replaced home electric box and installed exterior lights.

Description of Work: I hired them through Angie's list to address an electrical problem that I was having with one particular circuit in the house. The problem turned out to simply be a loose wire. I was so ignorant of the mechanics involved that they could have easily taken advantage and made the problem sound bigger to increase the fee. They didn't. They delivered honest service and completed the simple repair. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Description of Work: Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He developed a good rapport with my husband and earned his trust, so we had him come back and perform additional electrical work. We initially purchased 2 hours of service through Angie's list, and the additional work we needed came to $1,000. We're very happy with the quality of Mike's work and plan to use him again when we need electrical services.

Description of Work: He advised putting in a whole house surge protector but did not push the issue. We went ahead and had it installed why he was here.

Description of Work: Mike, owner/operator of All American Electric was not available to perform electrical repair from March 24, 2016 until April 6, 2016 due to scheduling. I paid $200.00 for work that needed to be done immediately. Therefore, while waiting for Mike to arrive my husband was able to take care of some of the repairs (ceiling fans wriggling as if they would come disconnected from ceiling and changing a switch for one of the two fans). By the time Mike arrived on the above date, there was only one of the 3 issues left for him to repair. When he completed the job, the bathroom light switch was working, but again it failed and Mike suggested we needed to buy a new fixture. My husband took the old fixture to Home Depot to learn that it needed to be tested and if repairs could be made, they could handle it. My husband then tested the fixture which was okay. It was the wiring to the fixture that only needed to be tightened, which my husband did. Mike did call to find out when he should return to install the new light fixture, but thanks to Home Depot and my husband, everything was/is working as it should. I have a feeling Mike is fairly new at servicing home owners with electrical needs. One clue is that he uses his cell phone's flashlight instead of what an experienced electrician would use. Mike was definitely not here for 2 hrs. I did purchase a surge protector from him, which he installed and when I expressed I was happy to have protection for my computers, he didn't reveal to me that the surge protector DOES NOT cover computers. That's okay, I had to pay him by check (wouldn't accept a credit card payment) and am happy with the surge protector that he quoted as being $130., but turned out to be $135. I highly suggest this young man does not continue to do work as if he's training to be an electrician.

Description of Work: They tightened a loose connection that was in the wiring in the ceiling.

Description of Work: Moved an electrical outlet. Did not care for the up selling pressure ( for new smoke detectors, whole house surge protection).

Description of Work: The service went well. The tech was able to check all our outlets and electric box. He was able to pinpoint a problem we had with flickering lights, and gave us an estimate for future repairs. The tech was on time and called before he came out. He was very professional and kind. He asked us if we had any questions and was quick to offer suggestions. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They resolved some outlet issues with tripping GFI's in my garage, installed two external outlets, and a surge protector in my electrical panel. They were on time, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely fast.
